| CVE-2026-56718 | 2026-08-30 | 7.5 High | ||
| AJCloud AJY IPC firmware prior to version 01.10715.11.37 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the jdbhttpd web service that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files with root privileges by supplying path traversal sequences in the HTTP request URI. Attackers can send crafted HTTP requests to port 80 without authentication to access sensitive files including cleartext RTSP credentials, Wi-Fi SSID and pre-shared key, device serial number, and cloud binding parameters. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82656 | 1 Admidio | 1 Admidio | 2026-08-30 | 2.6 Low |
| Admidio before 5.0.12 fails to sanitize album names in the photo ZIP download functionality, allowing authenticated users with album-creation rights to include path traversal segments in archive entry names. Attackers can craft malicious album names containing directory traversal sequences that escape the intended directory when recipients extract the archive, potentially writing files outside the target directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82635 | 2026-08-30 | 8.8 High | ||
| Pake before 3.13.1 joins the JavaScript-supplied filename for the download_file Tauri command onto the user's Downloads directory with no sanitization. A filename containing path traversal sequences (for example ../Library/LaunchAgents/com.evil.plist) or an absolute path resolves outside ~/Downloads. The command then fetches attacker-controlled content from the supplied URL (via Rust HTTP, not the browser) and writes it to that path. A script that can invoke the command can overwrite user-writable files and install persistence (macOS LaunchAgents, Linux autostart, Windows Startup), leading to code execution in the user account. All desktop apps generated from an affected Pake tree expose the same command. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19722 | 2026-08-30 | N/A | ||
| The WPvivid — Backup, Migration & Staging WordPress plugin before 0.9.133 does not validate the destination of files extracted from a backup package during restoration, allowing high privilege users such as administrators to write arbitrary files outside the intended restore directory, which can lead to code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77012 | 2026-08-30 | 9.3 Critical | ||
| The 爱采集数据采集和发布插件 WordPress plugin through 1.0.0 does not require a per-install secret for one of its unauthenticated endpoints, relying on a hardcoded default, and does not validate the URLs or destination paths it is given, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the server, force it to issue arbitrary requests and retrieve the responses, and write attacker-supplied content outside the uploads directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82460 | 2026-08-29 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| Cloud Commander before 19.20.2 contains a directory traversal vulnerability in REST file-operation and markdown endpoints that fails to properly validate path normalization. Attackers can use path traversal sequences to read, write, move, or copy files outside the configured root directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81560 | 1 Blackms | 1 Aistack | 2026-08-29 | 5.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability was identified in blackms aistack up to 1.6.1. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file src/web/server.ts of the component Static File Handler. Such manipulation of the argument req.url leads to path traversal. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61792 | 2026-08-29 | 7.7 High | ||
| Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.7, a project administrator can read files outside their repository through the App store metadata download feature, which resolves attacker-influenced paths without adequately confining them to the repository. This is an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-34242, whose original patch failed to fully prevent the path traversal, allowing the arbitrary file read to persist. A user with project-administrator privileges can therefore disclose the contents of files on the Weblate host that lie outside the project's repository. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40526 | 1 Volmarg | 1 Personal Management System | 2026-08-29 | 6.5 Medium |
| Volmarg Personal Management System contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to read arbitrary files by supplying absolute filesystem paths to the GET /public/get-file/{path} endpoint. The path route parameter is passed directly to file_get_contents() without canonicalization against a permitted base directory, enabling attackers to retrieve sensitive files accessible to the PHP-FPM worker process without using directory traversal sequences. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75337 | 2026-08-28 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| The static resource interface /api/static/{deployKey}/ of Yu AI Code Mother v4.3 is vulnerable to path traversal. The user-controlled path is concatenated to the preview root directory without any normalization, allowing anonymous attackers to read files outside the preview root. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80104 | 2 Dbgpt, Eosphoros-ai | 2 Db-gpt, Db-gpt | 2026-08-28 | 9.8 Critical |
| DB-GPT builds the destination path for an uploaded skill from the multipart filename without constraining it to the upload directory. skill_upload in packages/dbgpt-app/src/dbgpt_app/openapi/api_v1/agentic_data_api.py takes file.filename as given and writes the request body to upload_dir / filename. A path composed with that operator discards the left operand when the right one is absolute and follows parent references otherwise, so a filename such as ../../../tmp/x or /tmp/x resolves outside the intended directory; nothing canonicalises the result, checks that it remains under the upload root, or prevents a .py suffix. The route's only dependency is get_user_from_headers in dbgpt_serve/utils/auth.py, which returns a request carrying the admin role whether or not a user_id header is supplied, so the endpoint is reachable without credentials. A remote attacker holding no account can therefore write attacker-controlled bytes to any path the server process can write, place a new Python module inside the application package or replace one the application already imports, and obtain code execution in the server process when that module is next imported. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32637 | 1 Velero-io | 1 Velero | 2026-08-28 | N/A |
| Velero is an open source tool for backing up, restoring, and migrating Kubernetes cluster resources and persistent volumes. Prior to 1.18.1, an attacker who compromises the backup object-storage backend can upload a malicious backup tarball containing parent-directory paths that escape the extraction directory during restore and overwrite sensitive files in the Velero pod filesystem. This issue is fixed in version 1.18.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-38093 | 2026-08-28 | 3.3 Low | ||
| file_picker (aka flutter_file_picker) for Flutter, all versions through 10.3.10, is vulnerable to path traversal (CWE-22) in its Android implementation. The openFileStream() method in FileUtils.kt uses the DISPLAY_NAME obtained from ContentResolver.query() directly in file path construction without sanitization. A malicious Android app with a crafted ContentProvider can return a filename containing ../ sequences, causing the plugin to create arbitrary files and directories outside the intended cache directory within the victim app's internal storage. Existing files are not overwritten due to an existence check. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82264 | 2026-08-28 | 6.8 Medium | ||
| Duplicacy through 3.2.5 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the restore function that fails to validate entry paths deserialized from snapshot files. Attackers can craft malicious snapshot entries with directory traversal sequences to write files outside the restore directory to arbitrary locations accessible by the restoring user. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55552 | 1 Yamcs | 1 Yamcs | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| Yamcs is a mission control framework. Prior to 5.11.13, Yamcs StaticFileHandler.locateFile resolves an unauthenticated request path without using Path.normalize and Path.toAbsolutePath to confirm that the absolute path remains within the configured staticRoots. A path containing traversal segments can escape the intended web root and return an arbitrary readable host file. The flaw is in yamcs-core/src/main/java/org/yamcs/http/StaticFileHandler.java and can disclose sensitive operating-system and application data. This issue is fixed in version 5.11.13, and the 5.12 line is fixed from version 5.12.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18899 | 1 Ibm | 1 Langflow Oss | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.1 could allow a remote attacker to read arbitrary files due to path traversal. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55557 | 1 That1drifter | 1 Browse-mcp | 2026-08-28 | N/A |
| browse-mcp is a Playwright-based headless-browser MCP server for MCP-capable agents. Prior to 0.8.2, browser_download writes a fetched response body to join(save_dir, filename) without validating the caller-controlled save_dir, while browser_save_state and browser_load_state honor a caller-controlled path unchanged. A malicious MCP client, or an autonomous agent steered by indirect prompt injection on a visited page, can choose an arbitrary save_dir or state path and a URL whose response body becomes attacker-controlled file contents, allowing writes to any path the process can reach, including ~/.bashrc, autostart entries, or cron files, and potentially leading to host code execution. The force_fetch fallback also uses a raw fetch() that bypasses the BROWSE_MCP_ALLOWED_ORIGINS origin fence. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-65092 | 1 Nvidia | 1 Openshell | 2026-08-28 | 8.5 High |
| NVIDIA OpenShell Sandbox for Linux contains a vulnerability where an attacker could cause a path traversal bypass of L7 REST network policy. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure and data tampering. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54550 | 1 Izpack | 1 Izpack | 2026-08-28 | 7.4 High |
| IzPack is a widely used tool for packaging applications on the Java platform as cross-platform installers. In 5.2.6 and earlier, UnpackerBase.unpack() in izpack-installer/src/main/java/com/izforge/izpack/installer/unpacker/UnpackerBase.java obtains an attacker-controlled PackFile targetPath, passes it through IoHelper.translatePath(), which only converts separators, and constructs a File without normalizing parent-directory segments or enforcing destination containment. A malicious installer pack entry containing ../ sequences can therefore write outside the intended installation directory to startup folders, executable search paths, or other locations accessible with the victim's privileges when the victim runs the installer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59294 | 1 Spring | 1 Spring Ai | 2026-08-28 | 5.9 Medium |
| ResourceCacheService.getCacheName() builds the on-disk filename by appending the URI fragment verbatim, without stripping path separators or .. sequences, and passes the result to new File(resourceParentFolder, newFileName) before writing the downloaded bytes there. Spring AI 2.0.0 Spring AI 1.1.0 - 1.1.8 Spring AI 1.0.9 and earlier | ||||
