CVE-2026-76311 1 Splunk 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise 2026-08-27 9.4 Critical
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, an unauthenticated user who has an embedded report token could download the dispatch archive for an embedded report search job and use exposed session material to access all relevant data and affect system integrity on the Splunk platform instance. The vulnerability is possible because the embedded report authorization flow does not block dispatch archive download requests before Splunk Enterprise begins sending the archive to the requester. For more information see Additional configuration for embedded reports (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/create-dashboards-and-reports/reporting-manual/10.4/report-management/additional-configuration-for-embedded-reports) and Embed scheduled reports (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/create-dashboards-and-reports/reporting-manual/10.4/report-management/embed-scheduled-reports) in the Splunk documentation.
CVE-2026-76310 1 Splunk 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise 2026-08-27 9.4 Critical
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, an unauthenticated user who has an embedded report token could download the associated search job dispatch archive, recover session material, and use it to access all relevant data available to the report owner and affect system integrity, including by performing administrative actions when the owner holds the "admin" Splunk role. The vulnerability is possible because embedded report access does not block Representational State Transfer (REST) API dispatch archive download requests. For more information see Additional configuration for embedded reports (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/create-dashboards-and-reports/reporting-manual/9.1/report-management/additional-configuration-for-embedded-reports) and About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation.

CVE-2026-58092 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-27 8.1 High
In FreeBSD 15.0, the kernel structure used to represent user credentials changed: previously the primary group ID was stored in the first element of the array containing the list of supplementary group IDs, whereas now the primary group ID is stored in a dedicated field. This change was largely internal to the kernel and not user-visible. One function, group_is_primary(), was not properly updated as a part of this transition. This function is used by mac_do to determine the primary group ID of the credential after applying a transition rule, used when the rule target does not explicitly specify a group. As a result, with certain mac_do rules, it is possible for a credential switch to incorrectly set the primary group ID to the ID stored in the first element of the original credential's supplementary group array. If the list of supplementary groups is empty, this value will be 0, corresponding to the "wheel" group. For example, a rule such as "uid=1001>uid=1002" can be abused to set the primary group ID to 0 even if the process did not originally belong to group 0. Certain mac_do rules can be abused to set a process' group ID to 0. Note however, that the rule must apply to the caller in order for the bug to be triggered, e.g., given the ruleset "uid=1001>uid=1002", the user must have user ID 1001 in order to trigger the bug. Further, logged-in users will in general have a non-empty supplementary group list, in which case the bug can at worst be used to set the credential's first supplementary group ID as its primary group ID. Processes must explicitly remove themselves from all supplementary groups, using the privileged setgroups(2) system call, in order to exploit the bug to set 0 as the primary group ID. Since membership in group 0 is often used to enable controlled privilege escalation, the bug might be further exploitable to obtain root privileges, depending on the system configuration. For instance, a ruleset such as the following could be exploited by a process running as user 1001 and with an empty supplementary group list: "uid=1001>uid=1002;gid=0>uid=0".

CVE-2026-18951 1 Redhat 2 Openshift Ai, Openshift Ai 3.3 2026-08-27 8.8 High
A flaw was found in the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) overlay for the training operator. The RHOAI overlay incorrectly aggregates `trainjobs` management permissions into the native Kubernetes `edit ClusterRole`. This allows any user with `edit ClusterRole` permissions in a namespace to create, modify, and delete `TrainJobs`. When combined with a separate vulnerability (TRN-01) that permits arbitrary pod configurations, a remote attacker with namespace editor privileges could exploit this to escalate privileges, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-13717 2 Red Hat, Redhat 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai 2026-08-27 8.8 High
A flaw was found in the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) MaaS Gateway. Improper configuration of the Gateway in a model-serving context allows a standard user with low privileges to intercept, read, log, and alter all MaaS model traffic. This includes sensitive information such as access keys, input prompts, and outputs, leading to significant information disclosure and data tampering.

Upgrading the affected component is recommended.
CVE-2026-63587 1 Weidmueller 1 Fwr Ie Sr 2tx Wl 4g Eu Us 2026-08-27 8.6 High
The SMS control function of IE-SR-2TX-WL-4G devices can require a password for SMS commands via the 'Enable Password Authorization' setting. The device increments a retry counter on each failed SMS password attempt; after 5 consecutive failed attempts, SMS password authorization is automatically disabled. An unauthenticated remote attacker who is able to send SMS messages to the device can deliberately trigger this by submitting 5 or more invalid passwords, after which subsequent SMS commands are executed without requiring a password, resulting in potential limited configuration tampering, limited information leakage and potentially full loss of availability.
CVE-2026-61790 2026-08-27 4.4 Medium
Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.7, a team can require its members to configure two-factor authentication before receiving the team's permissions, but this requirement is not enforced for site-wide global permissions. As a result, a user who belongs to a team that enforces 2FA and grants a global permission still receives that global permission even without 2FA configured, while the same requirement is correctly applied to project-, component-, and workspace-scoped permissions. Such a user can act on the granted global permission, including reaching the site management interface at /manage/. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.
CVE-2026-62440 1 Apache 2 Apache Cloudstack, Cloudstack 2026-08-27 9.1 Critical

This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.24, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.57, from 9.0.0.M1 through 9.0.120. The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are known to be affected: from 8.5.0 through 8.5.100, from 7.0.0 through 7.0.109. Other unsupported versions may also be affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.25, 10.1.58 or 9.0.121, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-19454 2 Jetbackup, Wordpress 2 Jetbackup, Wordpress 2026-08-27 4.4 Medium
The JetBackup WordPress plugin before 3.1.23.5 does not perform its multisite authorisation check before serving backup archives and job logs, allowing an administrator of the network's main site who is not a Super Admin to download a full backup of the entire network, including every site's data and the shared webroot.
CVE-2026-78138 2026-08-27 4.3 Medium
The Finale Lite WordPress plugin before 2.21.0 does not perform a capability check on an AJAX action that returns a sales-campaign's configuration for an arbitrary post ID, allowing any authenticated user (Subscriber and above) to read the Finale Lite WordPress plugin before 2.21.0's campaign configuration and scheduling data.
CVE-2026-65613 1 Apache 1 Cloudstack 2026-08-27 4.3 Medium
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in Apache CloudStack's Webhook module while listing and deleting deliveries. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.20.3.1 or 4.22.1.1 or later, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-66722 1 Apache 1 Cloudstack 2026-08-27 7.2 High
Improper authorization for CRUD operations on Project Roles and Project Role permissions for domain admins in CloudStack. A Domain Admin can create, update, delete, and list project roles and project role permissions for projects in any domain, not just their own. The check only confirms the caller is a Domain Admin, without verifying whether the target project belongs to their domain or subdomain. This allows a malicious Domain Admin to tamper with project roles and permissions across unrelated domains. This issue affects Apache CloudStack: from 4.15.0.0 through 4.20.3.0 and from 4.21.0.0 through 4.22.1.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.20.3.1 or 4.22.1.1 or later, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-62249 2026-08-27 4.3 Medium
Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.7, an authenticated user with access to a project can retrieve the change history of restricted components in that project through nested API change endpoints, even without permission to view those components directly. The nested endpoints do not apply the component-level access checks enforced on the direct component views, so the requester can enumerate changes for components that should be hidden from them. The exposed data can include the restricted component's identity, translation and unit links, and change payload fields such as source or translated string content in the target, old, and details values. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.
