| CVE-2026-61854 | 1 Jackh54 | 1 Voicesentinel | 2026-10-30 | 8.2 High |
| VoiceSentinel is a real-time voice moderation system for Minecraft servers. From 2.2.1 until 3.3.1, the optional report buffer feature has a race between retention cleanup and normal transcript writes. In `report_buffer.py`, `_maybe_cleanup()` uses an unlocked dictionary for once-per-hour cleanup throttling, allowing simultaneous `_cleanup_tenant()` operations for one tenant. Cleanup reads `transcripts.jsonl` and rewrites it in place without file locking or atomic replacement, while `report_buffer_append_async` uses `asyncio.to_thread` to append without synchronization. In `main.py`, concurrent `_processing_worker` tasks make this reachable in normal operation; `processing.worker_count` of two or more and public-pool servers sharing a `server_key` increase collisions. With `report_buffer.enabled` set to true, racing writes can lose, duplicate or corrupt transcript data and defeat `report_buffer.retention_seconds` pruning, allowing unbounded disk growth that can exhaust storage and crash the host or other services sharing it. The feature is opt-in and disabled by default. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62162 | 1 Cardano-scaling | 1 Hydra | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Hydra is a layer-two scalability solution for Cardano. Prior to 2.1.0, the `Claim` branch in `hydra-plutus/validators/deposit.ak` checks only that `datum.head_id` matches the attacker-controlled `redeemer.currencySymbol` and that the transaction is valid before the deposit deadline. It neither requires spending the Head state-token UTxO in the same transaction nor constrains outputs. After a deposit made through `POST /commit` is confirmed, any third party able to build a Cardano transaction can observe and consume the pending deposit UTxO before its deadline and redirect the assets to an arbitrary address. A standalone deposit spend invokes no Head validator, bypassing its safety checks; historical head-ID binding and the Aiken rewrite retained this missing invariant. The default deadline is three times depositPeriod, so the described attack applies to pending deposits before that deadline. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62264 | 1 Sylphxai | 1 Pdf-reader-mcp | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| PDF Reader MCP is a Model Context Protocol server for reading PDF documents. In versions 2.2.0 and later prior to 3.0.1, when `MCP_TRANSPORT=http` enables the opt-in HTTP server, `@sylphx/pdf-reader-mcp` reads `MCP_API_KEY` and logs that `X-API-Key` authentication is enabled but never validates the `X-API-Key` header on incoming requests. The `/mcp` endpoint consequently accepts unauthenticated clients. With the default bind address of `0.0.0.0`, any client able to reach the port can invoke every PDF tool and read any PDF the server process can open on the host, despite the misleading authentication-enabled startup log. URL-based sources additionally permit limited server-side request forgery; private and loopback destinations are blocked by default unless `--allow-private-ips` is set. The default `stdio` transport is unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59978 | 1 Adminneo-org | 1 Adminneo | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| AdminNeo is a full-featured database management tool written in PHP. From 4.6.2 until 5.5.0, the unauthenticated `?script=version` endpoint accepts POST data without origin, CSRF or parameter-type validation. A `version[]` parameter becomes a PHP array that `bootstrap.inc.php` serializes into the shared `adminneo.version` cache. On later page loads, `design.inc.php` passes that cached value to `cookie()` and `rawurlencode()`, causing a `TypeError` rather than encoding a version string. A remote attacker can make the instance return HTTP 500 to all users for the cache's twenty-four-hour lifetime or until the poisoned cache is removed. Exploitation requires the web server to be able to write that shared cache; making it unwritable is an interim workaround. The issue retains the underlying type-validation defect reported previously in Adminer despite changes to AdminNeo's version-checking flow. This issue is fixed in version 5.5.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62303 | 1 Pistacheio | 1 Pistache | 2026-10-30 | 5.9 Medium |
| Pistache is a high-performance REST toolkit written in C++. From 0.0.5 through 0.4.26, `SegmentTreeNode::sanitizeResource()` in `src/server/router.cc` uses `std::regex_replace()` with the `//+` expression to collapse consecutive slashes. With libstdc++, a path containing tens of thousands of consecutive slash characters can recurse deeply enough to exhaust the stack and crash the process. `Router::route()`, `Router::addRoute()` and `Router::removeRoute()` reach this normalization. Unauthenticated remote exploitation is conditional on a deployment allowing sufficiently long request paths, such as by increasing `Endpoint::Options::maxRequestSize()` above the default 4096-byte limit or forwarding long paths through a front end. Direct router API use is also affected when attacker-controlled route or resource strings reach the normalizer. Native builds reproduced a crash around 24,000 consecutive slashes, although the exact threshold depends on the stack and standard library; the demonstrated failure is stack exhaustion rather than uninitialized-memory use. A source fix replaces recursive regular-expression normalization with an iterative pass, but no containing repository release was verified as of time of publication. | ||||
| CVE-2026-7003 | 1 Wit | 1 Synapps Runtime | 2026-10-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| WIT SynApps Runtime through 1.4.11 contains a hardcoded credentials vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to recover static OAuth clientId and clientSecret values embedded in JavaScript delivered to the frontend, such as in parameters.js. Attackers can extract these exposed application credentials to reproduce the application portion of the REDY authentication flow at the /web/api/v1/auth/token endpoint, undermining confidential-client assurance for the OAuth implementation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61586 | 1 Copernik-eu | 1 Copernik-xml-factory | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Copernik XML Factory provides secure-by-default JAXP factory creation for Java. Prior to 0.1.2, Copernik XML Factory does not block XInclude resource resolution on the stock JDK provider after an application enables XInclude on a factory returned by `XmlFactories.newDocumentBuilderFactory()` or `XmlFactories.newSAXParserFactory()`, or on an `XMLReader` passed through `XmlFactories.harden()`. An application parsing untrusted XML can resolve attacker-controlled `xi:include` references to disclose local files or, through `http` references, reach internal network endpoints by server-side request forgery. Exploitation requires use of one of those factory/hardening APIs, the stock JDK provider with Apache Xerces absent from the classpath, explicit `setXIncludeAware(true)` or the equivalent reader feature, and XML from an untrusted source. The Xerces provider selected when Xerces is present and the Android provider are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-7004 | 1 Wit | 1 Synapps Runtime | 2026-10-30 | 6.1 Medium |
| WIT SynApps Runtime through 1.4.11 contains a pre-authentication reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject and execute arbitrary JavaScript by submitting a crafted LINK query parameter to the /System/Session-1 endpoint. Attackers can exploit this flaw to harvest credentials, manipulate the login flow, access browser-visible data, and perform same-origin requests to controller endpoints, including an origin-switch primitive against the internal controller in Cloud RIA scenarios. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62331 | 1 Mtzanidakis | 1 Praktor | 2026-10-30 | 8.2 High |
| praktor is a multi-agent Claude Code orchestrator with Telegram input and output, Docker isolation, and a Mission Control UI. Prior to 0.9.1, both Telegram upload sites in `internal/telegram/bot.go` concatenate the attacker-controlled document filename into a destination path without sanitization, and `path.Join` collapses parent-directory traversal. A remote Telegram user who can message the bot can therefore write outside `uploads/` within the persistent agent workspace mounted at `/workspace/agent`. Because `allow_from: []` permits all senders by default, no prior authentication or privilege is required in that configuration. The attacker can plant or overwrite `CLAUDE.md`, instruction, skill, hook, or configuration files that the Claude agent reads and operates on across later runs, turning a document upload into stored instruction injection. The demonstrated arbitrary-write scope is the persistent agent workspace volume, not an unrestricted host-filesystem write. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-7005 | 1 Wit | 1 Synapps Runtime | 2026-10-30 | 6.1 Medium |
| WIT SynApps Runtime through 1.4.11 contains a browser-mediated cross-origin request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to supply an arbitrary target address during controller onboarding, causing the victim's browser to issue discovery requests to attacker-specified hosts at paths such as /easy/GUI/Skins/Default/SiteLogo and /easy/GUI/Skins/Default/Identity. Attackers can leverage the victim's browser reachability to probe loopback addresses, local hostnames, or internal-only network hosts and initiate the enrollment flow against REDY instances, crossing IT/OT segmentation boundaries through a sanctioned application path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119730 | 1 Maxthon | 1 Maxthon Browser For Android | 2026-10-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| Maxthon Browser for Android before 7.5.8.103 contains an address bar spoofing vulnerability that allows remote attackers to misrepresent a page's origin by exploiting the lack of a persistent fullscreen notification or trusted origin indicator when the Fullscreen API is invoked. Attackers can craft a malicious web page that renders a counterfeit address bar showing a trusted domain while displaying attacker-controlled content, tricking users who perform a single tap to enter fullscreen into disclosing credentials via phishing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62284 | 1 Osac-project | 1 Osac-operator | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| OSAC operator is a Kubernetes operator. In the affected revision identified as 8220502, the `console-proxy` `RemoteConfigResolver` parses Kubernetes Secret kubeconfig data with `clientcmd.RESTConfigFromKubeConfig` without sanitizing the resulting `rest.Config`. An attacker who can create or modify a Secret labeled `osac.openshift.io/remote-cluster-kubeconfig`: "true" in a namespace where the proxy's RoleBinding grants Secret read access can supply `users[].user.exec`. When `rest.TransportFor` builds the HTTP transport for an upstream WebSocket connection, client-go invokes that exec credential plugin, spawning an arbitrary process as the osac-`console-proxy` service account inside the pod. Attacker-controlled `clusters[].server` also enables server-side request forgery from the proxy pod. Remote and auto VM cluster modes are affected, with auto the default; exclusively `local` mode does not read kubeconfig Secrets and is unaffected. The credential-plugin execution path is patched in commit 7e4222b; that patch does not address the described server-address SSRF path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55493 | 1 Kohler | 1 Hotcrp | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| HotCRP is conference review software. Starting with 2.101, the `cmt:` search term checks whether a comment is visible to the searching user but fails to check whether the commenter's identity should be visible. A `cmt:USER` search can therefore match a paper with a visible comment authored by USER even when the comment is supposed to be anonymous. An authenticated user with access to the search can infer the author of an anonymous comment, compromising reviewer anonymity. Comments that the user cannot see remain excluded from search results. The advisory prose identifies 3.3 as fixed, its affected-version metadata excludes 3.3, and the verified repository tag 3.3 already contains the identity-check fix; however, its patched-version metadata instead lists 3.3.1. This fixed-version source conflict remains unresolved. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55598 | 1 Madeofpendletonwool | 1 Pinepods | 2026-10-30 | 9.1 Critical |
| PinePods is a complete, self-hosted podcast management system written in Rust. Prior to 0.9.0, an authenticated user can subscribe to an attacker-controlled RSS feed through `POST /api/data/add_podcast` in `rust-api/src/handlers/podcasts.rs`. `get_podcast_values` and `add_episodes` in `rust-api/src/database.rs` parse the feed with `feed-rs` and store the `<enclosure url>` verbatim in `Episodes.episodeurl` without destination host/IP validation. `POST /api/data/download_podcast` invokes `spawn_download_podcast_episode` and `download_episode_and_wait()` in `rust-api/src/services/tasks.rs`, which sends a `reqwest` GET to the stored URL and saves and records the response in `DownloadedEpisodes` for later retrieval. The `estimate_duration_from_audio_url_async()` path in `rust-api/src/database.rs` also sends an unvalidated HEAD during feed add/refresh. Default redirect following permits an initially external enclosure URL to redirect to an internal target. A low-privilege user can make server-side GET/HEAD requests to reachable loopback, private-network and cloud metadata services and read downloaded internal responses, enabling internal-service enumeration, confidential-data disclosure and possible metadata credential theft. Episode downloading requires server downloads to be enabled, which is the default; self-service signup is supported. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61694 | 1 Lejamon | 1 Go-xrpl | 2026-10-30 | 3.7 Low |
| go-xrpl is a Go implementation of the XRP Ledger protocol. In versions through the June 18, 2026 revision identified by the advisory, `ParseMPTAmountBinary` in `internal/ledger/state/ripple_state.go` converts the eight-byte MPT magnitude using `num.Int64()` without checking that it fits in 63 bits. A positive magnitude of at least 2^63 silently wraps into a negative amount without an error. `ParseEscrow` passes 33-byte `sfAmount` fields to the parser and stores `MPTRaw()` in `EscrowData.MPTAmount`, causing incorrect downstream calculations and divergence from rippled's interpretation of the same escrow entry. Independently, `readMPTAmount` in `internal/tx/ledgerfields/decode_stream.go` accepts over-limit magnitudes and surfaces large decimal strings without enforcing the maximum signed 64-bit value. The public codec in codec/binarycodec/types/amount.go already rejects these values, leaving the internal decoders inconsistent with that safe path. A source fix is available in commit 9dbd3935ed6c54f0232f2291edf9c012a0900dd5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61620 | 1 Seancorfield | 1 Honeysql | 2026-10-30 | 9.8 Critical |
| HoneySQL turns Clojure data structures into SQL. From 2.0.0 until 2.7.1392, applications that pass user input or other arbitrary data into the HoneySQL `DSL` by calling `keyword` or `symbol` on that input can produce SQL strings that facilitate SQL injection when executed unchanged by a `JDBC` driver. Some formatters do not apply the existing suspicious-character check to the resulting entity names. The impact depends on the privileges of the database connection executing the generated statement. Input validation before constructing `keyword` or `symbol` entities is a workaround. The maintainer-designated fixed version is 2.7.1392. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61618 | 1 Axiom-crypto | 1 Snark-verifier | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| SNARK Verifier is a generic (S)NARK verifier. Prior to 0.2.5, KZG accumulator public-instance limbs are decoded without consistently enforcing canonical limb bounds before elliptic-curve coordinate reconstruction. `PlonkProof::read` selects scalars using `accumulator_indices` and passes them to `AccumulatorEncoding::from_repr`. For the EVM loader, `LimbsEncoding::from_repr` forwards them to `EvmLoader::ec_point_from_limbs` in `snark-verifier/src/loader/evm/loader.rs`, where `shl` and `add` reconstruct coordinates before `validate_ec_point` checks the resulting affine point rather than the original limb bounds. The related native path in `snark-verifier/src/pcs/kzg/accumulator.rs` can reach assertion- or unwrap-based decoding and panic instead of returning a verification error. This allows noncanonical encodings at the verifier boundary and can crash the native verifier. Standard SDK aggregation circuits are expected to constrain accumulator limbs before this boundary, which limits practical exploitability. This issue is fixed in version 0.2.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62337 | 1 Axiom-crypto | 1 Snark-verifier | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| SNARK Verifier is a generic (S)NARK verifier. Prior to 0.2.5, the Halo 2 aggregation circuit can mishandle proof points encoded as the point at infinity. `EcPointLoader::multi_scalar_multiplication` places a `Value::Assigned(_)` base paired with `Value::Constant(ONE)` into its unscaled variable-base list and passes it directly to `sum_with_const`. The default shim delegates to halo2-lib `EccChip::sum`, whose incomplete affine addition assumes nonidentity input points. A prover-controlled proof point encoded as `(0, 0)` can therefore enter the final aggregation sum through the scalar-one shortcut and affect the MSM or accumulator computation. Practical exploitability depends on the surrounding aggregation and final-decider checks; the advisory does not establish universal acceptance of invalid proofs. This issue is fixed in version 0.2.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58412 | 1 Filecoin-project | 1 Filecoin-pin | 2026-10-30 | 8.2 High |
| Filecoin Pin is an IPFS Pinning Service API implementation that pins to Filecoin's PDP service. Prior to 1.1.0, the upload GitHub Action's fork detection in `upload-action/src/build.js` checks only `event.pull_request`. In the documented two-workflow pattern, an untrusted fork pull-request workflow produces an artifact and a privileged `workflow_run` workflow downloads and uploads it. Because `workflow_run` has no `event.pull_request`, `isForkPR` becomes false and `uploadStatus` becomes `pending-upload`. The action later resolves `workflow_run.pull_requests` without repeating the fork check before initializing the wallet with `walletPrivateKey` and uploading the artifact. An external contributor can therefore cause attacker-controlled artifacts to be stored using the repository owner's Filecoin wallet, incurring unauthorized storage expenditure, dataset pollution and consumption of configured wallet funds. Disclosure of the wallet private key is not required. The 0.x action line is not receiving a backport and must be migrated to a fixed 1.x release. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62300 | 1 Filecoin-project | 1 Filecoin-pin | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| Filecoin Pin is an IPFS Pinning Service API implementation that pins to Filecoin's PDP service. In daemon deployments up to and including version 1.1.0, `POST /pins` in `src/filecoin-pinning-server.ts` checks a caller-supplied CID with `CID.parse` and passes it to `pinStore.pin`, but does not enforce request rate limits or per-user quotas. In `src/filecoin-pin-store.ts`, each pin independently schedules `_processPinInBackground` with `setTimeout` without a queue, semaphore or concurrency cap, then recursively traverses the full DAG using `helia.pins.add(cid)`. The per-pin Helia/Bitswap node in `src/create-pinning-helia.ts` has no application-level byte, block or traversal-time limits. Blocks are written under `carStoragePath` by `src/core/car/car-blockstore-base.ts` and `src/core/car/car-file-backend.ts`, with `stats.totalSize` updated only after writing. An authenticated caller, or an anonymous caller when `ALLOW_NO_AUTH=true`, can submit large DAGs and exhaust disk, network, CPU, memory and libp2p resources, causing service degradation or host/process failure and leaving partial CAR files requiring recovery. The default localhost binding and token requirement reduce exposure. Because nodes have no bootstrap or mDNS configuration, a CID alone may not be fetchable, but caller-supplied `origins` can point to a reachable attacker-controlled libp2p source; concurrent requests accelerate resource pressure. Version 1.1.1 documents operational mitigations but does not implement the missing resource controls. | ||||
