| CVE-2026-76139 | 1 Redhat | 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes | 2026-08-27 | 8 High |
| A flaw was found in acm-operator-bundle. The build process for this component downloads and runs a script from a remote source without verifying its authenticity or integrity. This script gains access to sensitive credentials, such as GitHub access tokens and registry passwords, used in the build environment. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious code, leading to unauthorized access to build resources and potential compromise of the resulting operator bundle. | ||||
| CVE-2026-3833 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 15 Gnutls, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 12 more | 2026-08-26 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in gnutls. This vulnerability occurs because gnutls performs case-sensitive comparisons of `nameConstraints` labels, specifically for `dNSName` (DNS) or `rfc822Name` (email) constraints within `excludedSubtrees` or `permittedSubtrees`. A remote attacker can exploit this by crafting a leaf certificate with casing differences in the Subject Alternative Name (SAN), leading to a policy bypass where a certificate that should be rejected is instead accepted. This could result in unauthorized access or information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71467 | 1 Redhat | 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes | 2026-08-26 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in search-v2-api. The authentication middleware in the affected component unconditionally skips authentication when a request includes an `Upgrade: websocket` header. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted HTTP POST request to the `/federated` endpoint with the `Upgrade: websocket` header. This allows the attacker to bypass authentication and access federated search results across all configured remote managed hubs, leading to information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2015-3246 | 3 Libuser Project, Opensuse, Redhat | 3 Libuser, Opensuse, Enterprise Linux | 2026-08-26 | 5.1 Medium |
| libuser before 0.56.13-8 and 0.60 before 0.60-7, as used in the userhelper program in the usermode package, directly modifies /etc/passwd, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (inconsistent file state) by causing an error during the modification. NOTE: this issue can be combined with CVE-2015-3245 to gain privileges. | ||||
| CVE-2015-1862 | 1 Redhat | 1 Automatic Bug Reporting Tool | 2026-08-26 | N/A |
| The crash reporting feature in Abrt allows local users to gain privileges by leveraging an execve by root after a chroot into a user-specified directory in a namedspaced environment. | ||||
| CVE-2011-4088 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 6 Fedora, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2026-08-26 | 7.5 High |
| ABRT might allow attackers to obtain sensitive information from crash reports. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54230 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux | 2026-08-26 | 7 High |
| A symlink following vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. Event scripts write output files using shell redirections without the O_NOFOLLOW flag. If the target file is replaced with a symlink, the shell process running as root follows the symlink and writes content to the symlink target, allowing arbitrary file overwrites on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54231 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux | 2026-08-26 | 5.5 Medium |
| A content injection vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. The event script queries the systemd journal for log entries matching the crashed process and writes the results to files in the dump directory without sanitizing embedded control characters. A local user can inject arbitrary content into the journal output by embedding newline characters in syslog messages, controlling the content that root writes to dump directory files. | ||||
| CVE-2015-5287 | 2 Oracle, Redhat | 7 Linux, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-08-26 | 7.8 High |
| The abrt-hook-ccpp help program in Automatic Bug Reporting Tool (ABRT) before 2.7.1 allows local users with certain permissions to gain privileges via a symlink attack on a file with a predictable name, as demonstrated by /var/tmp/abrt/abrt-hax-coredump or /var/spool/abrt/abrt-hax-coredump. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71366 | 1 Redhat | 3 Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Automation Platform Developer, Ansible Automation Platform Inside | 2026-08-26 | 7.7 High |
| A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability was found in multiple AWX notification backends. The webhook, Mattermost, Rocket.Chat, and Grafana notification backends use notification template URLs as direct HTTP request targets without validating the target address against private, loopback, or reserved IP ranges. An organization notification administrator can create notification templates pointing to internal or loopback addresses, causing the AWX control node to issue HTTP requests to services that are not externally accessible. Additionally, the webhook notification backend follows HTTP redirects and resends configured Basic Authentication credentials to redirect targets regardless of host change, allowing an attacker to exfiltrate notification credentials by redirecting to an attacker-controlled host. The Grafana backend sends its API key in the Authorization header to the configured target URL. | ||||
| CVE-2022-3566 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 5 Kernel, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-08-26 | 4.6 Medium |
| A vulnerability was identified in Linux Kernel up to 4.19.316/5.4.278/5.10.220/5.15.161. This impacts the function tcp_getsockopt/tcp_setsockopt of the component TCP Handler. Such manipulation leads to race condition. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. The exploitability is said to be difficult. The vulnerability was introduced in 2.6.12, commit 1da177e4c3f41524e886b7f1b8a0c1fc7321cac2 ("Linux-2.6.12-rc2"). Upgrading to version 4.19.317, 5.4.279, 5.10.221, 5.15.162 and 6.1 will fix this issue. The name of the patch is fcd31dd8291b23d713245947ec2b2d99ef07aef2/3b32f265805a49071e2c4568a524398ba22bf93c/d529193eae979a7bf2255cd9fe68b7af7a1c91b3/5bb642cc3355ffd3c8bca0a8bd8e6e65bcc2091c/f49cd2f4d6170d27a2c61f1fecb03d8a70c91f57. The affected component should be upgraded. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79992 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-08-26 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in Emacs TRAMP. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability by processing maliciously crafted filenames. This occurs because TRAMP concatenates login arguments without proper sanitization, which are then passed to a local shell. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2022-1011 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 3 more | 39 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 36 more | 2026-08-26 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s FUSE filesystem in the way a user triggers write(). This flaw allows a local user to gain unauthorized access to data from the FUSE filesystem, resulting in privilege escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13002 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-08-26 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flow has been identified into dnssec.c library, causing an infinite loop to dnsmasq service. An attacker who controls any DNSSEC-signed zone can hang the dnsmasq process with a single crafted response, killing all DNS resolution for its clients. | ||||
| CVE-2026-4897 | 2 Freedesktop, Redhat | 4 Polkit, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-08-26 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in polkit. A local user can exploit this by providing a specially crafted, excessively long input to the `polkit-agent-helper-1` setuid binary via standard input (stdin). This unbounded input can lead to an out-of-memory (OOM) condition, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16242 | 1 Redhat | 10 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes, Logging and 7 more | 2026-08-26 | 9.4 Critical |
| A flaw was found in the Konnectivity proxy-server configuration for hosted control planes. The agent-facing listener was started without --cluster-ca-cert (and without token-based agent authentication), so client certificates were not validated. A remote attacker who can reach the Konnectivity cluster endpoint could connect as an unauthenticated agent, join the routing pool, and potentially proxy, inspect, modify, or drop control-plane-to-node traffic. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50237 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-08-26 | 7.4 High |
| A Server-Side Request Forgery and supply chain flaw was found in the OpenShift Console Helm catalog proxy. A namespace tenant can plant a ProjectHelmChartRepository with an arbitrary URL that the console pod fetches server-side, bypassing tenant egress restrictions. Combined with catalog metadata poisoning and admin-mediated chart installation, this enables privilege escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50236 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-08-26 | 7.4 High |
| An authenticated SSRF flaw was found in the OpenShift Console Dev Console webhook helpers. User-supplied target URLs are fetched server-side without validation, with path neutralization enabling arbitrary endpoint targeting and full response reflection from the console pod's privileged network position. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49332 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-08-26 | 8.5 High |
| A flaw was found in openshift/oauth-proxy. The proxy sets authenticated identity headers using only dash-variant keys (X-Forwarded-User) but does not strip underscore-variant keys (X_Forwarded_User) from incoming requests. WSGI and PHP frameworks normalize both variants to the same variable, allowing an authenticated low-privilege user to smuggle a forged identity that may override the legitimate authenticated identity in the upstream application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42965 | 1 Redhat | 3 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform, Openshift Router | 2026-08-26 | 7.7 High |
| A flaw was found in the OpenShift Router. A user with EndpointSlice write access can exploit this vulnerability by creating a Service backed by an FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) EndpointSlice that resolves to a cloud metadata endpoint. This allows the router to proxy requests to the cloud metadata endpoint, leading to the disclosure of instance credentials and other sensitive metadata. This bypasses previous security measures for validating IP addresses. | ||||
