CVE-2026-115713 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 7.5 High
Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') (CWE-59) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to unauthorized read and write access to data of other deployments on the same host via Symlink Attack (CAPEC-132).
CVE-2026-115708 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 7.2 High
Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') (CWE-59) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to authentication bypass and unauthorized changes to the configuration of other deployments on the same host via Symlink Attack (CAPEC-132).
CVE-2026-115709 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 8.2 High
Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') (CWE-59) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to unauthorized disclosure and loss of data belonging to other deployments on the same host via Symlink Attack (CAPEC-132).
CVE-2026-115711 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 6.4 Medium
Insertion of Sensitive Information into Externally-Accessible File or Directory (CWE-538) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to credential disclosure via Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data (CAPEC-37). ECE stores runtime information about platform service containers in a location that lower-privileged platform components can read, and this information includes secrets from the container configuration. An attacker with access to the internal ECE platform services can obtain these secrets, which include role tokens. A role token can let the attacker add an unauthorized host to the installation with the roles of that token.
CVE-2026-115712 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 4.3 Medium
Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to unauthorized modification of platform-level settings via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). An authenticated user with read-only access to the platform can change an installation-wide account setting that only platform administrators are permitted to change.
CVE-2026-115706 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 6.8 Medium
Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to privilege escalation via Privilege Abuse (CAPEC-122). An attacker who controls any host in an ECE installation can obtain credentials that are reserved for other platform roles. These credentials can give the attacker full control of the ECE control plane and of the deployments that it manages.
CVE-2026-115707 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-10-29 6.4 Medium
Insertion of Sensitive Information into Externally-Accessible File or Directory (CWE-538) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to privilege escalation via Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data (CAPEC-37). After the ECE certificate rotation procedure runs, data that it retains contains platform credentials and certificate authority private keys, and lower-privileged platform components can read this data. An attacker who controls any host in the installation can use this data to get full control of the ECE control plane and of the deployments that it manages.
CVE-2025-37729 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-02-26 9.1 Critical
Improper neutralization of special elements used in a template engine in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to a malicious actor with Admin access exfiltrating sensitive information and issuing commands via a specially crafted string where Jinjava variables are evaluated.
CVE-2025-37736 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-02-26 8.8 High
Improper Authorization in Elastic Cloud Enterprise can lead to Privilege Escalation where the built-in readonly user can call APIs that should not be allowed. The list of APIs that are affected by this issue is: post:/platform/configuration/security/service-accounts delete:/platform/configuration/security/service-accounts/{user_id} patch:/platform/configuration/security/service-accounts/{user_id} post:/platform/configuration/security/service-accounts/{user_id}/keys delete:/platform/configuration/security/service-accounts/{user_id}/keys/{api_key_id} patch:/user post:/users post:/users/auth/keys delete:/users/auth/keys delete:/users/auth/keys/_all delete:/users/auth/keys/{api_key_id} delete:/users/{user_id}/auth/keys delete:/users/{user_id}/auth/keys/{api_key_id} delete:/users/{user_name} patch:/users/{user_name}
CVE-2024-37282 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2026-01-30 8.1 High
It was identified that under certain specific preconditions, an API key that was originally created with a specific privileges could be subsequently used to create new API keys that have elevated privileges.
CVE-2022-23716 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2025-05-21 5.3 Medium
A flaw was discovered in ECE before 3.1.1 that could lead to the disclosure of the SAML signing private key used for the RBAC features, in deployment logs in the Logging and Monitoring cluster.
CVE-2023-31418 1 Elastic 2 Elastic Cloud Enterprise, Elasticsearch 2025-02-13 7.5 High
An issue has been identified with how Elasticsearch handled incoming requests on the HTTP layer. An unauthenticated user could force an Elasticsearch node to exit with an OutOfMemory error by sending a moderate number of malformed HTTP requests. The issue was identified by Elastic Engineering and we have no indication that the issue is known or that it is being exploited in the wild.
CVE-2022-23715 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2024-11-21 6.5 Medium
A flaw was discovered in ECE before 3.4.0 that might lead to the disclosure of sensitive information such as user passwords and Elasticsearch keystore settings values in logs such as the audit log or deployment logs in the Logging and Monitoring cluster. The affected APIs are PATCH /api/v1/user and PATCH /deployments/{deployment_id}/elasticsearch/{ref_id}/keystore
CVE-2018-3829 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2024-11-21 5.3 Medium
In Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) versions prior to 1.1.4 it was discovered that a user could scale out allocators on new hosts with an invalid roles token. An attacker with access to the previous runner ID and IP address of the coordinator-host could add a allocator to an existing ECE install to gain access to other clusters data.
CVE-2018-3828 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2024-11-21 N/A
Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) versions prior to 1.1.4 contain an information exposure vulnerability. It was discovered that certain exception conditions would result in encryption keys, passwords, and other security sensitive headers being leaked to the allocator logs. An attacker with access to the logging cluster may obtain leaked credentials and perform authenticated actions using these credentials.
CVE-2018-3825 1 Elastic 1 Elastic Cloud Enterprise 2024-11-21 N/A
In Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) versions prior to 1.1.4 a default master encryption key is used in the process of granting ZooKeeper access to Elasticsearch clusters. Unless explicitly overwritten, this master key is predictable across all ECE deployments. If an attacker can connect to ZooKeeper directly they would be able to access configuration information of other tenants if their cluster ID is known.
