CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
octeontx2-af: fix VF bringup affecting PF promiscuous state
Mbox handling of nix_set_rx_mode for a VF with promiscuous and
all_multi flags set to false causes deletion of the PF's promiscuous
and allmulti MCAM rules. This occurs because the APIs that
enable/disable these rules operate only on the PF, even when the
mbox request is made via a VF interface.
Guard both rvu_npc_enable_allmulti_entry() and
rvu_npc_enable_promisc_entry() disable paths with an is_vf() check so
that a VF bringing up or tearing down its interface cannot inadvertently
clear the PF's MCAM rules. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management product of Oracle Hyperion (component: Security). The supported version that is affected is 11.2.25.0.000. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via SQL to compromise Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tipc: require net admin for TIPCv2 netlink mutators
TIPCv2 registers mutating generic-netlink operations without admin
permission flags. Generic netlink only checks CAP_NET_ADMIN when an
operation sets GENL_ADMIN_PERM or GENL_UNS_ADMIN_PERM, so a local
unprivileged process can currently change TIPC state through commands
such as TIPC_NL_NET_SET, TIPC_NL_KEY_SET, TIPC_NL_KEY_FLUSH, and
bearer enable/disable.
The legacy TIPC netlink API already checks netlink_net_capable(...,
CAP_NET_ADMIN) for administrative commands. Give the TIPCv2 mutators
the equivalent generic-netlink gate. Use GENL_UNS_ADMIN_PERM, which
maps to the same namespace-aware CAP_NET_ADMIN check that
netlink_net_capable() performs, so the behaviour matches the legacy
path and keeps working for CAP_NET_ADMIN holders in a non-initial user
namespace (containers).
A QEMU/KASAN repro run as uid/gid 65534 with zero effective
capabilities previously succeeded in changing the network id and node
identity, setting and flushing key material, and enabling/disabling a
UDP bearer. With this patch applied the same operations fail with
-EPERM. |
| Berkeley Out-of-Order Machine (BOOM) commit 5223e44cfeb26f41380057a2eb4d651197475f69 contains a potential incorrect privilege assignment issue in the v3 and v4 NBDTLB implementations. The raw mstatus.SUM value participates in the read and write permission logic without an explicit local satp.MODE validity check at the use site |
| A weakness has been identified in Dolibarr up to 23.0.4. This affects an unknown part of the file htdocs/user/card.php of the component Account Handler. This manipulation of the argument ID causes improper authorization. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. Upgrading to version 24.0.0 is able to mitigate this issue. Patch name: b2a2c995537cb6282383b5e903cb5ffa29b823e6. The affected component should be upgraded. |
| A flaw was found in managed-serviceaccount. A compromised addon-manager pod, due to its ClusterRole granting excessive permissions, can read any secret across all namespaces. Additionally, it can approve arbitrary Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs), which could lead to information disclosure and privilege escalation within the cluster. |
| An issue in GAPTEQ Designer v.3.5 allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges via the Company Manger role. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Dromara RuoYi-Vue-Plus up to 5.6.2. This issue affects the function FlwInstanceController/FlwDefinitionController/FlwCategoryController/FlwSpelController/TestLeaveController of the component Workflow Endpoint. Such manipulation leads to improper authorization. The attack can be launched remotely. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in xianrendzw EasyReport up to 2.0.17.0522_Beta. The affected element is the function DataSourceController.add of the file DataSourceController.java of the component QueryerFactory. Such manipulation of the argument queryerClass leads to permission issues. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| An issue in Squirro Cognitive Search before v.3.14.2 allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges via a crafted request. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could configure Portable Document Format (PDF) attachments in the email alert action workflow. When the email alert action runs, it could execute arbitrary Search Processing Language (SPL) commands with system-level privileges, expose all relevant data, and affect system integrity and availability on the search head. The vulnerability is possible because the search scheduler passes a system-level authentication context rather than the action owner context to the email alert action when it renders PDF attachments. For more information see alert_actions.conf (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.4/configuration-file-reference/10.4.0-configuration-file-reference/alert_actions.conf) in the Splunk documentation. |
| In Splunk AI Toolkit versions below 6.0.0, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could cause a scheduled search to load and deserialize a model file through the apply search command. The improper access control is possible because Splunk AI Toolkit does not mark the apply search command as risky. For more information see Troubleshoot the AI Toolkit (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/apply-machine-learning/use-ai-toolkit/5.7.3/troubleshooting-the-ai-toolkit/troubleshoot-the-ai-toolkit) in the Splunk documentation. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.7.0, contains an Improper Privilege Management vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of privileges. |
| The AI Engine WordPress plugin before 3.6.1 does not verify that the requesting user is authorized to act on the targeted account before performing privileged user management operations, allowing users with the Administrator role on a Multisite sub-site to take over any account on the network, including the Network Administrator's. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Identity Manager product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: OIM Legacy UI). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via RMI to compromise Oracle Identity Manager. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Identity Manager, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Identity Manager. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.9 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Integration product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Open Integration). Supported versions that are affected are 25.12-26.6. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Siebel CRM Integration. While the vulnerability is in Siebel CRM Integration, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Siebel CRM Integration accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Siebel CRM Integration. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.7 (Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:H/UI:N/S:C/C:N/I:H/A:H). |
| linuxfabrik-lib provides Python modules for database access, caching, shell execution, and API integrations, and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins uses its shared testing helper across check plugins. Prior to linuxfabrik-lib 6.1.0 and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins 7.0.0, lib.lftest.test() treated the first or second element of a --test CSV argument as a filesystem path and returned the file contents as simulated standard output or standard error without path confinement. The hidden but production-accessible --test argument was accepted by sudo-authorized plugins, so an attacker controlling the nagios or icinga account could use check-plugins/deb-updates/deb-updates with its default QUERY=1 to disclose every line of a root-readable file. Approximately 22 other plugins exposed filtered content or a root file existence and readability oracle through the same helper, while check-plugins/network-bonding/network-bonding and check-plugins/openstack-swift-stat/openstack-swift-stat had direct read paths that bypassed the helper. The library fix confines fixture reads to the invoking plugin's unit-test directory and refuses unsafe anchors, and the plugin fix routes the two bypasses through that helper. These issues are fixed in linuxfabrik-lib 6.1.0 and Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins 7.0.0. |
