SIPLUS variants) (All versions < V3.5.20), SIMATIC CP 1243-1 DNP3 (incl. SIPLUS variants) (All versions < V3.5.20), SIMATIC CP 1243-1 IEC (incl. SIPLUS variants) (All versions < V3.5.20), SIMATIC CP 1243-7 LTE (All versions < V3.5.20), SIMATIC CP 1243-8 IRC (6GK7243-8RX30-0XE0) (All versions < V3.5.20), SIMATIC HMI Comfort Panels (incl. SIPLUS variants) (All versions), SIMATIC IPC DiagBase (All versions), SIMATIC IPC DiagMonitor (All versions), SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced (All versions), SIPLUS TIM 1531 IRC (6AG1543-1MX00-7XE0) (All versions < V2.4.8), TIM 1531 IRC (6GK7543-1MX00-0XE0) (All versions < V2.4.8). The web server of the affected devices do not properly handle the shutdown or reboot request, which could lead to the clean up of certain resources.
This could allow a remote attacker with elevated privileges to cause a denial of service condition in the system. |
| A vulnerability was found in RefindPlusRepo RefindPlus 0.14.2.AB. It has been classified as problematic. This affects the function InternalApfsTranslateBlock of the file Library/RP_ApfsLib/RP_ApfsIo.c. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The patch is named 4d35125ca689a255647e9033dd60c257d26df7cb. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. |
| Team ENVY, a Security Research TEAM has found a flaw that allows for a remote code execution on the NVR. If an attacker does not enter any value for a specific URL parameter, NULL pointer references will occur and the NVR will reboot. The manufacturer has released patch firmware for the flaw, please refer to the manufacturer's report for details and workarounds. |

| An attacker who successfully exploited these vulnerabilities could cause the robot to stop.
A vulnerability exists in the PROFINET stack included in the RobotWare versions listed below.
This vulnerability arises under specific condition when specially crafted message is processed by the system.
Below are reported vulnerabilities in the Robot Ware versions.
* IRC5- RobotWare 6 < 6.15.06 except 6.10.10, and 6.13.07 |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in MSI Dragon Center up to 2.0.146.0. This affects the function MmUnMapIoSpace in the library NTIOLib_X64.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. Upgrading to version 2.0.148.0 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. |
| SoftEtherVPN is a an open-source cross-platform multi-protocol VPN Program. Versions 5.02.5184 to 5.02.5187 are vulnerable to NULL dereference in `DeleteIPv6DefaultRouterInRA` called by `StorePacket`. Before dereferencing, `DeleteIPv6DefaultRouterInRA` does not account for `ParsePacket` returning NULL, resulting in the program crashing. A patched version does not exist at this time. |
| A Null Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the SonicOS SSLVPN Virtual office interface allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to crash the firewall, potentially leading to a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition. |
| Due to the memory corruption vulnerability in SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and ABAP Platform, an unauthenticated attacker can send a corrupted SAP Logon Ticket or SAP Assertion Ticket to the SAP application server. This leads to a dereference of NULL which makes the work process crash. As a result, it has a low impact on the availability but no impact on the confidentiality and integrity. |
| A potential null pointer dereference vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo Power Management Driver that could allow a local authenticated user to cause a Windows blue screen error. |
| NULL pointer dereference in some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi and Killerâ„¢ WiFi software for Windows before version 23.80 may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access. |
| ws is an open source WebSocket client and server for Node.js. A request with a number of headers exceeding theserver.maxHeadersCount threshold could be used to crash a ws server. The vulnerability was fixed in ws@8.17.1 (e55e510) and backported to ws@7.5.10 (22c2876), ws@6.2.3 (eeb76d3), and ws@5.2.4 (4abd8f6). In vulnerable versions of ws, the issue can be mitigated in the following ways: 1. Reduce the maximum allowed length of the request headers using the --max-http-header-size=size and/or the maxHeaderSize options so that no more headers than the server.maxHeadersCount limit can be sent. 2. Set server.maxHeadersCount to 0 so that no limit is applied. |
| A nil pointer dereference in PingCAP TiDB v8.2.0-alpha-216-gfe5858b allows attackers to crash the application via expression.inferCollation. |
| simple-dhcp-server through ec976d2 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) by sending a DHCP packet without any option fields, which causes free_packet in dhcp_packet.c to dereference a NULL pointer. |
| A vulnerability in the DHCPv6 relay agent of Cisco NX-OS Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper handling of specific fields in a DHCPv6 RELAY-REPLY message. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted DHCPv6 packet to any IPv6 address that is configured on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the dhcp_snoop process to crash and restart multiple times, causing the affected device to reload and resulting in a DoS condition. |
| NULL pointer dereference for some Intel(R) MLC software before version v3.11b may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
| Sante PACS Server HTTP Content-Length Header Handling NULL Pointer Dereference Denial-of-Service Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations of Sante PACS Server. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the handling of HTTP Content-Length header. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a pointer prior to accessing it. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to create a denial-of-service condition on the system. Was ZDI-CAN-26770. |
| libosdp is an implementation of IEC 60839-11-5 OSDP (Open Supervised Device Protocol) and provides a C library with support for C++, Rust and Python3. At ospd_common.c, on the osdp_reply_name function, any reply id between REPLY_ACK and REPLY_XRD is valid, but names array do not declare all of the range. On a case of an undefined reply id within the range, name will be null (name = names[reply_id - REPLY_ACK];). Null name will casue a crash on next line: if (name[0] == '\0') as null[0] is invalid. As this logic is not limited to a secure connection, attacker may trigger this vulnerability without any prior knowledge. This issue is fixed in 2.4.0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in nicbarker clay up to 0.14. This affects the function Clay__MeasureTextCached in the library clay.h. The manipulation results in null pointer dereference. The attack is only possible with local access. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| An uninitialized pointer dereference in OpenAirInterface CN5G AMF up to v2.0.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted InitialContextSetupResponse message sent to the AMF. |
