| Affected versions of Flowintel expose the /my_assignment/user API endpoint to any authenticated API user. The endpoint accepts a user_id parameter identifying the user whose assignments should be returned, but previously had no role restriction beyond general API authentication.
As a result, a lower-privileged authenticated user could potentially query another user’s assignment information by supplying that user’s identifier.
The fix changes:
method_decorators = [api_required]
to:
method_decorators = [admin_or_org_admin_required, api_required]
so only administrators or organization administrators can perform cross-user assignment queries.

| Baserow dispatches an Application Builder data source without acting on the result of its permission check. The dispatch and record-name views in backend/src/baserow/contrib/builder/api/data_sources/views.py are declared with a permission class that admits any caller, so a request carrying no credential reaches the handler. DataSourceService.dispatch_data_sources in backend/src/baserow/contrib/builder/data_sources/service.py then calls check_multiple_permissions without asking it to raise, and neither stores nor examines the mapping of denials it returns, so a denied check leaves execution to continue and the data source is dispatched whatever the caller's identity. The dispatch runs with the integration's own credentials, so an unauthenticated request naming a data source receives the rows and fields that source reads. Identifiers are small integers and can be enumerated. Version 2.3.1 passes raise_exception to the same call. |
| Leantime JSON-RPC API through version 3.9.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the JSON-RPC dispatcher in app/Domain/Api/Controllers/Jsonrpc.php. The dispatcher does not enforce authorization before invoking service-layer methods, allowing an authenticated user to call methods or act on resources outside their intended permissions. For example, the editOwn method accepts a user-supplied user ID without verifying that it belongs to the caller, allowing an attacker to modify another user's account and set a new password, resulting in account takeover. This vulnerability is distinct from CVE-2026-59712 and CVE-2026-15509 because the root cause is the lack of centralized authorization enforcement in the JSON-RPC dispatcher rather than the behavior of an individual exposed method. |

| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who holds the "user" Splunk role could craft a Dashboard Studio dashboard that runs attacker-controlled Search Processing Language (SPL) for another authenticated user. The attacker-controlled SPL could access all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because Dashboard Studio does not consistently enforce the expected app-visibility authorization boundary before dashboard search query options reach search dispatch. The vulnerability requires the attacker to phish the affected user by tricking them into initiating a request within their browser. The user who holds the "user" Splunk role should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. | In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a low-privileged user that does not hold the fsh_manage capability could perform Remote Code Execution through Federated Search bundle selection. This could allow for access to all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because the Federated Search dispatch flow accepts caller-controlled bundle selection without enforcing the capability that manages federated providers and indexes. | In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.1, 10.2.6, 10.0.8, and 9.4.13, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could trick another user into running arbitrary Search Processing Language (SPL) commands through the Data Model Editor using the permissions of the affected user. The commands could access all relevant data available to the affected user and affect system integrity. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web does not apply SPL safeguards for risky commands when the Data Model Editor runs the base search for auto-extracted fields. The vulnerability requires the attacker to phish the affected user by tricking them into initiating a request within their browser. The user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. | TypeBot is a chatbot builder tool. Prior to 3.18.0, any authenticated non-guest workspace member can remove another workspace's public custom domain and make typebots on that domain unavailable. The custom-domain delete handler in handleDeleteCustomDomain.ts authorizes a caller against a client-supplied workspaceId but sends the client-supplied domain name to the shared Vercel project before verifying that the domain belongs to that workspace. This issue is fixed in version 3.18.0. |

| Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.8, Weblate's object-scoped RSS feeds do not apply the permission checks used elsewhere, allowing unauthorized users to read change-history metadata from private projects and restricted components. On installations that permit anonymous access, this metadata can be retrieved without any authentication. The exposed information can include project and component identities, contributor usernames and full names, action types, timestamps, and translation or unit links, though translated-string content is not included in the feed. Installations using private projects or restricted components are affected. This issue is fixed in version 2026.8. |

| The InfusedWoo Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Account Takeover in all versions up to, and including, 5.1.17. This is due to a missing capability check in the `ajax_iwar_preview_email()` function, which uses `is_admin()` as its only authorization check and allows low-privilege users to render email preview merge fields for an arbitrary email address. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to generate and retrieve a valid password reset link for any WordPress user, including administrators, enabling account takeover. |

| Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the expense report REST API update endpoint that allows authenticated attackers with expense-creation rights to bypass the approval workflow by directly setting approval status and approver identity fields. Attackers can manipulate workflow state fields through the REST API to advance expense reports to approved or closed status without possessing the dedicated approval right, while also creating forensic inconsistencies in audit records due to missing approval timestamps. |
