| A flaw was found in libsoup's SoupServer HTTP Range header processing. The sort_ranges() comparator in soup-message-headers.c truncates a 64-bit subtraction result to 32-bit int, flipping the sign for range offsets differing by more than INT_MAX. This causes silent omission of requested byte ranges from HTTP 206 Partial Content responses on resources larger than approximately 2 GB. | ||||

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix TFO max_qlen accounting across reuseport migration A listener's TCP_FASTOPEN max_qlen stops being accurate and lets through far more pending Fast Open requests than it was configured for. This only shows up with SO_REUSEPORT listener migration, where closing a listener hands its still-pending TFO children over to a surviving one. fastopenq.qlen is charged in tcp_fastopen_create_child() when the child is created and uncharged in reqsk_fastopen_remove() when the handshake completes. The uncharge follows rsk_listener of the request the child points at, and inet_reqsk_clone() has repointed the child at a new request owned by the new listener, so the ++ and the -- land on two different sockets. The new listener's qlen drifts negative and its limit no longer binds. Charge the new listener during migration, like reqsk_queue_migrated() already does for queue->young and queue->qlen. | ||||

An integer underflow vulnerability in the `iscsiuio` component, specifically during IPv4 Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) parsing, allows a remote attacker on the same local network segment to cause a denial of service. | A flaw was found in open-iscsi's iscsiuio component. This vulnerability involves an integer underflow and out-of-bounds read during Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol for IPv6 (DHCPv6) packet parsing. Specifically, crafted DHCPv6 Advertise traffic with a short User Datagram Protocol (UDP) length can cause the DHCPv6 payload length to underflow. | OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. Versions prior to 3.2.10, 3.3.12, and 3.4.13 contain an infinite-loop vulnerability in SampleCountChannel. The helper roundListSizeUp() rounds a sample-list size up to the next power of two using repeated unsigned left shifts, which terminates for normal values but fails for UINT_MAX: the sequence reaches 0x80000000, and the next left shift wraps the 32-bit value to 0. Because 0 remains less than UINT_MAX, the loop never progresses and never exits. The bug is reachable through public OpenEXRUtil APIs, either by editing the sample-count buffer through SampleCountChannel::Edit (whose destructor calls endEdit()) or by calling SampleCountChannel::set(x, y, UINT_MAX) on a valid pixel. This issue has been fixed in versions 3.2.10, 3.3.12, and 3.4.13. | ||||

| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.27.0, the glyph_cache_get function in libfreerdp/cache/glyph.c checks whether index is greater than cache->number instead of greater than or equal to it. A malicious RDP server can use GLYPH_FRAGMENT_USE replay in update_process_glyph_fragments to make the default cache receive index 254 when cache->number is 254, reading one pointer beyond the entries array and dereferencing it as a glyph. This can crash the client and may disclose adjacent heap data. This issue is fixed in version 3.27.0. | ||||

| A flaw was found in the file-pcx plugin in GIMP, affecting 32-bit builds only. When processing a PCX image file, the plugin calculates memory allocation sizes based on the image dimensions and the number of color planes. If a crafted file sets the number of planes to 4 alongside sufficiently large dimensions, the calculation exceeds the 32-bit integer limit and overflows, resulting in an undersized heap-based buffer allocation.
