CVSS v3.1 |
VMware vCenter Server (6.7.x prior to 6.7 U3, 6.5 prior to 6.5 U3 and 6.0 prior to 6.0 U3j) contains an information disclosure vulnerability where Virtual Machines deployed from an OVF could expose login information via the virtual machine's vAppConfig properties. A malicious actor with access to query the vAppConfig properties of a virtual machine deployed from an OVF may be able to view the credentials used to deploy the OVF (typically the root account of the virtual machine).
VMware vCenter Server (6.7.x prior to 6.7 U3, 6.5 prior to 6.5 U3 and 6.0 prior to 6.0 U3j) contains an information disclosure vulnerability due to the logging of credentials in plain-text for virtual machines deployed through OVF. A malicious user with access to the log files containing vCenter OVF-properties of a virtual machine deployed from an OVF may be able to view the credentials used to deploy the OVF (typically the root account of the virtual machine).
ESXi, Workstation, Fusion, VMRC and Horizon Client contain a use-after-free vulnerability in the virtual sound device. VMware has evaluated the severity of this issue to be in the Important severity range with a maximum CVSSv3 base score of 8.5.
Clustered Data ONTAP versions 9.2 through 9.4 are susceptible to a vulnerability which allows an attacker to use l2ping to cause a Denial of Service (DoS).
Certain versions of the NetApp Service Processor and Baseboard Management Controller firmware allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS).
A authentication bypass vulnerability exists in GitLab CE/EE <v12.3.2, <v12.2.6, and <v12.1.10 in the Salesforce login integration that could be used by an attacker to create an account that bypassed domain restrictions and email verification requirements.
Bower before 1.8.8 has a path traversal vulnerability permitting file write in arbitrary locations via install command, which allows attackers to write arbitrary files when a malicious package is extracted.
An unintended require vulnerability in <v0.5.5 larvitbase-api may allow an attacker to load arbitrary non-production code (JavaScript file).
An authentication issue was discovered in GitLab that allowed a bypass of email verification. This was addressed in GitLab 12.1.2 and 12.0.4.
An authorization issue was discovered in Gitlab versions < 12.1.2, < 12.0.4, and < 11.11.6 that prevented owners and maintainer to delete epic comments.
An information disclosure issue was discovered GitLab versions < 12.1.2, < 12.0.4, and < 11.11.6 in the security dashboard which could result in disclosure of vulnerability feedback information.
An privilege escalation issue was discovered in Gitlab versions < 12.1.2, < 12.0.4, and < 11.11.6 when Mattermost slash commands are used with a blocked account.
A privilege escalation issue was discovered in GitLab CE/EE 9.0 and later when trigger tokens are not rotated once ownership of them has changed.
An Integer underflow in VLC Media Player versions < 3.0.7 leads to an out-of-band read.
SMTP MITM refers to a malicious actor setting up an SMTP proxy server between the UniFi Controller version <= 5.10.21 and their actual SMTP server to record their SMTP credentials for malicious use later.
Yarn before 1.17.3 is vulnerable to Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data due to HTTP URLs in lockfile causing unencrypted authentication data to be sent over the network.
Command Injection in EdgeMAX EdgeSwitch prior to 1.8.2 allow an Admin user to execute commands as root.
A non-privileged user or program can put code and a config file in a known non-privileged path (under C:/usr/local/) that will make curl <= 7.65.1 automatically run the code (as an openssl "engine") on invocation. If that curl is invoked by a privileged user it can do anything it wants.
XML Entity Expansion (Billion Laughs Attack) on Pippo 1.12.0 results in Denial of Service.Entities are created recursively and large amounts of heap memory is taken. Eventually, the JVM process will run out of memory. Otherwise, if the OS does not bound the memory on that process, memory will continue to be exhausted and will affect other processes on the system.
A specifically malformed MQTT Subscribe packet crashes MQTT Brokers using the mqtt-packet module versions < 3.5.1, 4.0.0 - 4.1.3, 5.0.0 - 5.6.1, 6.0.0 - 6.1.2 for decoding.
