CVSS v3.1 |
Kite 1.2020.1119.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the KiteService Windows service that allows local attackers to potentially execute arbitrary code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in 'C:\Program Files\Kite\KiteService.exe' to inject malicious executables and escalate privileges on the system.
IDT PC Audio 1.0.6499.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability that allows local users to potentially execute arbitrary code with elevated system privileges. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in the STacSV service to inject malicious code that would execute with LocalSystem account permissions during service startup.
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) CST software before version 2.1.10300 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
An issue was discovered in Malwarebytes before 4.6.14.326 and before 5.1.5.116 (and Nebula 2020-10-21 and later). There is a Race condition that leads to code execution because of a lack of locks between file verification and execution.
Uncontrolled search path in Intel(R) Graphics Command Center Service bundled in some Intel(R) Graphics Windows DCH driver software before versions 31.0.101.3790/31.0.101.2114 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Acer Global Registration Service 1.0.0.3 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its service configuration that allows local users to potentially execute arbitrary code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\Registration\ to inject malicious executables that would run with elevated LocalSystem privileges during service startup.
Wondershare Driver Install Service contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the ElevationService executable that allows local attackers to potentially inject malicious code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to replace the service binary with a malicious executable, enabling privilege escalation to LocalSystem account.
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) Computing Improvement Program software before version 2.4.0.10654 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Atheros Coex Service Application 8.0.0.255 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its Windows service configuration. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path by placing malicious executables in the service path to gain elevated system privileges during service startup.
The Auto-update service for Okta Verify for Windows is vulnerable to two flaws which in combination could be used to execute arbitrary code.
A vulnerability was found in OpenSight Software FlashFXP 5.4.0.3970. It has been classified as critical. Affected is an unknown function in the library libcrypto-1_1.dll of the file FlashFXP.exe. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled search path. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability has been found in obsproject OBS Studio up to 30.0.2 on Windows and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality. The manipulation leads to untrusted search path. The attack needs to be approached locally. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitation appears to be difficult. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. The vendor disagrees that this issue is "something worth reporting, as every attack surface requires privileged access/user compromise".
A search path or unquoted item vulnerability in Faronics Deep Freeze Server Standard, which affects versions 8.30.020.4627 and earlier. This vulnerability affects the DFServ.exe file. An attacker with local user privileges could exploit this vulnerability to replace the legitimate DFServ.exe service executable with a malicious file of the same name and located in a directory that has a higher priority than the legitimate directory. Thus, when the service starts, it will run the malicious file instead of the legitimate executable, allowing the attacker to execute arbitrary code, gain unauthorized access to the compromised system or stop the service from running.
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Math Kernel Library software before version 2024.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Uncontrolled search path in some Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I219-LM install software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Uncontrolled search path element issue exists in SonicDICOM Media Viewer 2.3.2 and earlier, which may lead to insecurely loading Dynamic Link Libraries. As a result, arbitrary code may be executed with the privileges of the running application.
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Level Zero software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
An unquoted service path vulnerability in Terratec DMX_6Fire USB v.1.23.0.02 allows a local attacker to escalate privileges via the Program.exe component.
A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Leyun that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges.
A DLL hijack vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Baiying that could allow a local attacker to execute code with elevated privileges.
