CVSS v3.1 |
CoffeeCup Direct and Free FTP clients uses weak encryption to store passwords in the FTPServers.ini file, which could allow attackers to easily decrypt the passwords.
Cisco AS5350 IOS 12.2(11)T with access control lists (ACLs) applied and possibly with ssh running allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a port scan, possibly due to an ssh bug. NOTE: this issue could not be reproduced by the vendor
Unspecified vulnerability in the Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) Wallet component of Oracle Database server 10.2.0.1 has unspecified impact and attack vectors, as identified by Oracle Vuln# DB27. NOTE: Oracle has not disputed a reliable researcher report that TDA stores the master key without encryption, which allows local users to obtain the key via the SGA.
The Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration Web Page for Iomega NAS A300U transmits passwords in cleartext, which allows remote attackers to sniff the administrative password.
pam_ldap and nss_ldap, when used with OpenLDAP and connecting to a slave using TLS, does not use TLS for the subsequent connection if the client is referred to a master, which may cause a password to be sent in cleartext and allows remote attackers to sniff the password.
Xitami 2.4 through 2.5 b4 stores the Administrator password in plaintext in the default.aut file, whose default permissions are world-readable, which allows remote attackers to gain privileges.
Clearswift MIMEsweeper 5.0.5, when it has been upgraded from MAILsweeper for SMTP version 4.3 or MAILsweeper Business Suite I or II, allows remote attackers to bypass scanning by including encrypted data in a mail message, which causes the message to be marked as "Clean" instead of "Encrypted".
The SSH-1 protocol allows remote servers to conduct man-in-the-middle attacks and replay a client challenge response to a target server by creating a Session ID that matches the Session ID of the target, but which uses a public key pair that is weaker than the target's public key, which allows the attacker to compute the corresponding private key and use the target's Session ID with the compromised key pair to masquerade as the target.
The CheckGroup function in openSkat VTMF before 2.1 generates public key pairs in which the "p" variable might not be prime, which allows remote attackers to determine the private key and decrypt messages.
D-Link DSL-504T stores usernames and passwords in cleartext in the router configuration file, which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information.
DameWare Mini Remote Control 3.x before 3.74 and 4.x before 4.2 transmits the Blowfish encryption key in plaintext, which allows remote attackers to gain sensitive information.
SawMill 5.0.21 uses weak encryption to store passwords, which allows attackers to easily decrypt the password and modify the SawMill configuration.
Total Commander 6.53 uses weak encryption to store FTP usernames and passwords in WCX_FTP.INI, which allows local users to decrypt the passwords and gain access to FTP servers, as possibly demonstrated by the W32.Gudeb worm.
Cleartext storage of sensitive information in Azure Compute Gallery allows an authorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
OpenClaw before 2026.3.22 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers with operator.read scope to expose credentials embedded in channel baseUrl and httpUrl fields. Attackers can access gateway snapshots via config.get and channels.status endpoints to retrieve sensitive authentication information from URL userinfo components.
Directus is a real-time API and App dashboard for managing SQL database content. Prior to 11.17.0, Directus stores revision records (in directus_revisions) whenever items are created or updated. Due to the revision snapshot code not consistently calling the prepareDelta sanitization pipeline, sensitive fields (including user tokens, two-factor authentication secrets, external auth identifiers, auth data, stored credentials, and AI provider API keys) could be stored in plaintext within revision records. This vulnerability is fixed in 11.17.0.
A vulnerability has been identified in POWER METER SICAM Q100 (7KG9501-0AA01-0AA1) (All versions >= V2.60 < V2.62), POWER METER SICAM Q100 (7KG9501-0AA01-2AA1) (All versions >= V2.60 < V2.62), POWER METER SICAM Q100 (7KG9501-0AA31-0AA1) (All versions >= V2.60 < V2.62), POWER METER SICAM Q100 (7KG9501-0AA31-2AA1) (All versions >= V2.60 < V2.62), POWER METER SICAM Q200 family (All versions >= V2.70 < V2.80). Affected devices store the password for the SMTP account as plain text. This could allow an authenticated local attacker to extract it and use the configured SMTP service for arbitrary purposes.
An Information Disclosure vulnerability in the Telemetry component in TP-Link Kasa KP125M V1.0.0 and Tapo P125M 1.0.0 Build 220930 Rel.143947 allows attackers to observe device state via observing network traffic.
The HI-SCAN 6040i Hitrax HX-03-19-I was discovered to transmit user credentials in cleartext over the GIOP protocol. This allows attackers to possibly gain access to sensitive information via a man-in-the-middle attack.
dectalk-tts is a Node package to interact with the aeiou Dectalk web API. In `dectalk-tts@1.0.0`, network requests to the third-party API are sent over HTTP, which is unencrypted. Unencrypted traffic can be easily intercepted and modified by attackers. Anyone who uses the package could be the victim of a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. The network request was upgraded to HTTPS in version `1.0.1`. There are no workarounds, but some precautions include not sending any sensitive information and carefully verifying the API response before saving it.
