| In mlflow/mlflow, the FastAPI job endpoints under `/ajax-api/3.0/jobs/*` are not protected by authentication or authorization when the `basic-auth` app is enabled. This vulnerability affects the latest version of the repository. If job execution is enabled (`MLFLOW_SERVER_ENABLE_JOB_EXECUTION=true`) and any job function is allowlisted, any network client can submit, read, search, and cancel jobs without credentials, bypassing basic-auth entirely. This can lead to unauthenticated remote code execution if allowed jobs perform privileged actions such as shell execution or filesystem changes. Even if jobs are deemed safe, this still constitutes an authentication bypass, potentially resulting in job spam, denial of service (DoS), or data exposure in job results. |
| The mcp-router CLI served its MCP aggregator on every interface and enforced authentication only when the operator asked for it. The serve command in apps/cli/src/commands/serve.ts defaulted its host to the all-interfaces address on a fixed port, and required a token only when the corresponding flag was supplied, so a default invocation exposed the aggregator, and every MCP server it fronted, to anyone able to reach the port. Release 0.6.3 defaults the host to the loopback address and refuses to start without a token whenever the host it is given is not a loopback address; no earlier release carries either check. |
| The OpenFaaS gateway registers GET /system/telemetry in gateway/main.go and, when basic_auth is enabled, wraps each administrative /system/* handler in auth.DecorateWithBasicAuth. TelemetryHandler was left out of that wrap block from 0.27.11, which introduced the route, until 0.27.14, which added it. On an affected gateway the route therefore reaches the forwarding proxy with no credential check and returns whatever the configured provider serves for /system/telemetry, so any client that can reach the gateway port can read the provider's telemetry regardless of the basic_auth setting. The exposed content depends on the provider, and covers resource and invocation metrics for faasd and pod or cluster state for faas-netes. |
| startServer.ts in the mcp-http-server package of UI-TARS-desktop defaulted its listen address to '::' when no host was given, so startSseAndStreamableHttpMcpServer bound the Streamable HTTP and SSE MCP transports to every interface, and its authentication middleware was optional: middlewares are applied only when a caller supplies them. The @agent-infra/mcp-server-commands and @agent-infra/mcp-server-filesystem entry points call startSseAndStreamableHttpMcpServer with a host and port alone and pass no middleware, so neither server required a credential. The commands server exposes a run_command tool that hands its caller-supplied command string to promisify(child_process.exec), so any unauthenticated client able to reach the port could run arbitrary commands as the user running the server, and the filesystem server exposed its file read and write tools on the same terms. The listen default became 127.0.0.1 in commit c2ad42e3eb9b27830db41a3e6f51ca7179d9b168; the package version stayed at 1.2.4 across that change, so the boundary is the commit rather than a release. |
| Unitree G1 EDU firmware through 1.5.2 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root by chaining three weaknesses: an unauthenticated WebRTC-to-DDS bridge on TCP port 9991, a static AES-128 key stored with world-readable permissions, and a path traversal flaw in the chat_go knowledge upload API. Attackers can publish DDS control messages to restart the bashrunner service, plant a malicious payload in its script execution directory via path traversal, and trigger execution of that payload as uid 0 through the bashrunner shell subprocess. |
| Unitree G1 EDU firmware through 1.5.2 contains multiple chained vulnerabilities in the BLE GATT server and WiFi provisioning stack that allow unauthenticated proximate attackers to achieve root code execution without pairing or credentials by exploiting an unquoted heredoc variable in the WiFi provisioning script and a buffer overflow in the SSID chunk accumulator. Attackers can send crafted BLE writes to overflow a fixed BSS buffer across BLE connections, corrupting an adjacent mainloop function pointer dispatch entry that is subsequently invoked by the cleanup path passing attacker-controlled data to system() as uid 0. |
| WatchGuard Dimension's web login endpoint does not enforce effective rate-limiting or account lockout by default allowing a remote attacker to perform automated password guessing against user accounts. If the account lockout setting is enabled, brute-force attempts are blocked after a defined number of failed attempts, but this setting is not enabled by default. |
| APITable through 1.13.0-beta.1 annotates the create handler of InternalNotifyController with requiredLogin = false. ResourceInterceptor honours that annotation by returning before any session or API key is validated, and the nginx gateway shipped with the product proxies every /api request to the backend server, so POST /api/v1/internal/notification/create is reachable by any unauthenticated client that can reach the gateway. An attacker can persist arbitrary notifications in apitable_player_notification against any user ID they name, and because fromUserId can be set to 0 the message is stored with the system sender and renders in the victim's inbox as a legitimate system notification. The body extras content is stored verbatim and forwarded to the frontend. |
| The Netty configuration distribution service (port 8283) of super-diamond-server <= 1.3.3 has no authentication mechanism. Attackers can directly obtain the full configuration of any project (including database passwords, API keys, etc.) by sending a TCP request without any credential. |
| An improper authentication vulnerability in HiveServer2 SAML bearer-token validation in Apache Hive 4.0.0 through 4.2.0 (and later unreleased branches) on deployments using HTTP transport with hive.server2.authentication=SAML allows an unauthenticated network attacker to authenticate as an arbitrary Hive user and obtain an authenticated HiveServer2 session via a forged Authorization: Bearer token sent to the /cliservice HTTP endpoint. Users are recommended to upgrade to 4.2.1 version that includes the fix for this issue.
Access / authorization required: No Hive credentials, SAML IdP login, or knowledge of the server signing secret is required. The attacker only needs network reachability to the HiveServer2 HTTP port (typically /cliservice), directly or through a reverse proxy such as Apache Knox that forwards unauthenticated requests to HS2. The instance must have SAML authentication enabled in HTTP mode. Deployments where Knox handles SSO and HiveServer2 uses LDAP/Kerberos (not native SAML mode) are not affected by this specific issue. |
