CVSS v3.1 |
| The HEL Online Classroom: AI-powered Online Classrooms WordPress plugin through 1.0.3 does not perform authorisation checks on its REST API routes and does not consistently enforce the per-class access code, allowing unauthenticated users to obtain a signed meeting join link for any classroom, including one protected by an access code, and to join it with moderator privileges. |
| The HEL Online Classroom: AI-powered Online Classrooms WordPress plugin through 1.0.3 does not perform any authorisation check on one of its REST API routes, allowing unauthenticated users to retrieve its stored settings, including the shared secret used to sign API requests to the connected BigBlueButton server. |
| The User Profile Builder WordPress plugin before 4.0.1 does not properly restrict its front-end file upload feature, granting unauthenticated visitors capabilities reserved to privileged roles. This allows them to list the site's media library and to modify unpublished posts, pages and media items belonging to other users. |
| The MStore API WordPress plugin before 4.21.1 does not verify that the order targeted by its wallet payment handling belongs to the requester, and does not deduct the wallet balance for most payment methods, allowing any authenticated user, including Subscribers, to mark arbitrary orders as paid without any payment being taken. |
| The MStore API WordPress plugin before 4.21.1 does not verify that the order targeted by one of its delivery endpoints belongs to the requester, allowing any authenticated user, including Subscribers, to mark arbitrary orders as completed and paid without any payment being made. |
| The Uix UserCenter WordPress plugin through 1.0.3 does not verify that the account being modified through an unauthenticated profile-update action belongs to the requester, and it authenticates that action with a token whose signing key is hardcoded and identical across every install, allowing unauthenticated attackers to forge a token for any user, overwrite an administrator's email and password, and take over the account. |
| The SAML Single Sign On – SSO Login plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 5.4.6. This is due to the mo_saml_login_validate() ACS handler persisting the X.509 certificate extracted from an incoming SAMLResponse into the mo_saml_required_certificate option before the signature-validation verdict is enforced, because mo_saml_find_certificate() returns false on a fingerprint mismatch rather than halting execution. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the plugin's stored IdP signing certificate with an attacker-controlled value, and subsequently forge SAML assertions for any WordPress account — including administrators — to obtain a fully privileged session. Note: The exploit requires the administrator to perform a repair after receiving the test_config_error_wpsamlerr004 error message during the test configuration. |
| Rodauth before 2.46.0 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the webauthn_login route that allows logged-in users to authenticate as any other account. Attackers can exploit improper account resolution logic that falls back to session account identifiers instead of validating the credential binding to complete authentication as arbitrary users. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
io_uring: preserve task restrictions across exec
Per-task restrictions apply to all rings created by a task. Once
installed, they should not be dropped across exec.
For a task that has used io_uring, the exec cancellation path calls
__io_uring_free(). This frees both the task context and the per-task
restriction, so a ring created after exec is unrestricted.
Split task context cleanup into io_uring_free_tctx(), and use it from
the exec cancellation path. Keep __io_uring_free() for final task
cleanup, where both the context and restriction are released. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Input: ims-pcu - only expose sysfs attributes on control interface
When the driver was converted to use the driver core to instantiate device
attributes (via .dev_groups in the usb_driver structure), the attributes
started appearing on all interfaces bound to the driver. Since the ims-pcu
driver manually claims the secondary data interface during probe, the
driver core automatically creates the sysfs attributes for that interface
as well.
However, the driver only supports these attributes on the primary control
interface. Data interfaces lack the necessary descriptors and internal
state to handle these requests, and accessing them can lead to unexpected
behavior or crashes.
Fix this by updating the is_visible() callbacks for both the main and OFN
attribute groups to verify that the interface being accessed is indeed the
control interface. |
| Winter CMS is a content management system built on the Laravel PHP framework. In versions up to and including 1.2.12, the CMS section's Theme Editor AJAX handlers did not enforce per-template-type permission checks, allowing a backend user with any single CMS permission to act on template types outside their authorized scope. The CMS controller gated access to the section as a whole using OR-logic across its five permissions, but individual handlers such as onSave(), onDelete(), and onDeleteTemplates() did not verify that the user held the specific permission for the requested template type, so a user with only cms.manage_pages could craft AJAX requests to delete layouts, modify partials, or read content files. Separately, the AssetList widget was registered for any user who passed the controller gate regardless of the cms.manage_assets permission, and its onUpload() handler omitted the theme-validation call present on the other mutating handlers, permitting unauthorized file uploads into the active theme's asset directory. Exploitation requires an authenticated backend account holding at least one of the CMS Theme Editor permissions. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.13. |
