CVSS v3.1 |
| hustoj >=24.09.10 and <=26.08.19 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. Any registered user can delete, lock, or sticky any forum thread (including admins' announcements) via threadadmin.php. The thread branch only verifies login, never authorship or admin rights. |
| Incorrect boundary conditions in the Layout: Block and Inline component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159.0.1. |
| A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in 389-ds-base. This flaw occurs when a ModifyDN (rename) operation uses an attribute's schema alias name (such as "commonName") instead of its canonical name (such as "cn") as the new relative distinguished name. An authenticated attacker with the ModifyDN (rename) permission on the affected entry can use this flaw to crash the directory server, causing a denial of service. |
| cordova-plugin-advanced-http 1.5.0 through 3.3.1 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that leaks cookies to third-party hosts because the JavaScript layer passes jar-built Cookie headers as ordinary request headers. When a request is redirected to another host via an open or attacker-influenced redirect, native iOS and Android stacks forward the Cookie header, letting attackers hijack user sessions. |
| HDF5 through 2.2.0 contains an uninitialized memory read vulnerability in H5Z__filter_scaleoffset() in src/H5Zscaleoffset.c. The decode path validates reads against the allocated size of the chunk buffer rather than the number of bytes actually read from the file. Because H5D__chunk_lock() deliberately sizes filtered chunk buffers to the larger of the stored and unfiltered chunk sizes and fills only the stored bytes, a truncated chunk passes these bounds checks and is decompressed from the uninitialized remainder of the allocation. Unrelated heap contents are then returned to the caller as dataset data. Because the reads remain within the allocation, the issue is not detected by AddressSanitizer. An attacker who can get a user or application to read a dataset from a crafted HDF5 file can cause disclosure of process memory. This issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-19029. |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.35] or [5.0.0, 5.2.2], the `FrameParser` in vertx-stomp creates a `RecordParser` without setting `maxRecordSize`, so any peer that streams bytes continuously without a newline character causes the parser to accumulate data indefinitely. Both the STOMP server and the STOMP client are affected: a malicious server can exploit this against a connecting client, and a malicious client can exploit this against a server before or after authentication. Sustained byte streaming exhausts JVM heap memory, crashing the affected process and causing a complete denial of service. |
| rsync through 3.5.1 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the delta-transfer sender's hash_search() in match.c that allows malicious receivers to trigger unbounded strong-checksum work at consecutive offsets. Unauthenticated attackers pulling from a public daemon module can supply weak checksums colliding with consecutive rolling windows plus non-matching strong checksums, exhausting sender CPU across concurrent connections. |
| Incomplete Comparison with Missing Factors (CWE-1023) in merge_chats() (whatstk/utils/chat_merge.py), reached from BaseChat.merge(), in whatstk from 0.3.0 before 0.9.0 allows a party that supplies the chat exports to cause messages to be absent from the merged output with no indication that anything was removed, because the merge keeps whole the chat whose first message is oldest and appends from the other only the messages that are strictly newer than the last message of the first. Every message of the second chat that falls inside the date range already covered by the first is therefore discarded. The two chats are compared on their date ranges and not on the identity of the individual messages, so a message held by only one of the two exports is dropped whenever its date falls inside the range of the other, and both branches of _merge_two_chats() behave this way. The merged result is returned without a warning and without a count of what was removed. This results in a merged chat that omits messages the inputs contain, in a library whose documented uses include forensic review and the generation of training data. |
| Securepoint SSL VPN Client v2 on Windows contains vulnerabilities in the handling of OpenVPN configurations and proxy settings that allow non-privileged local users to influence operations performed with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges.
Two attack vectors have been identified:
*
Improper authorization of configuration checksum updates: The privileged service does not properly validate the authorization of connecting clients when updating the checksum of an OpenVPN configuration. This allows a non-privileged local user to modify an OpenVPN configuration and set a valid checksum without administrator privileges. The modified configuration is subsequently processed with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges.
*
Argument injection via proxy settings: The client does not properly validate or sanitize proxy settings before passing them as arguments to OpenVPN. A non-privileged local user can inject additional arguments through the proxy settings, influencing the execution of OpenVPN with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges. This attack vector does not require direct communication with the privileged service or modification of the protected OpenVPN configuration. |
| NVIDIA Slurm contains an attacker-controlled heap-based buffer overflow in the slurmstepd process while the slurmstepd is running with root permissions. |
| NVIDIA Slurm contains a vulnerability where a user could alter the supplemental group list as part of an sbcast file transmission to write a file to a path they would not normally have access to. |
