CVSS v3.1 |
| Insufficient Technical Documentation vulnerability in Apache Tomcat since the requirements to securely configure the EncryptInterceptor were not clearly documented.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.23, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.56, from 9.0.13 through 9.0.119, from 8.5.38 through 8.5.100, from 7.0.100 through 7.0.109. Other versions that have reached end of support may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.24, 10.1.57 or 9.0.120 which fix the issue. |
| The Apache Airflow Git provider runs its git-over-SSH operations with `StrictHostKeyChecking=no` by default, disabling SSH host-key verification. An attacker who can intercept the network path between an Airflow worker and the Git server can impersonate the server (man-in-the-middle), capturing the SSH deploy key or injecting malicious repository content. Deployments that use the Git DAG bundle or Git provider to clone over SSH with a deploy key are affected. The fix changes the default to verify host keys; upgrade to apache-airflow-providers-git `0.4.1` or later and configure a `known_hosts` file. |
| In the Apache Airflow FAB auth manager, a DAG whose `dag_id` is `DAGs` collided with the global all-DAGs permission resource name produced by `resource_name()`, so a user granted per-DAG `access_control` on that one DAG was silently granted the global all-DAGs permission (privilege escalation). The escalation triggers when a DAG named `DAGs` exists and a lower-privileged user is given per-DAG access to it, granting that user read/edit access to every DAG. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-fab` 3.7.2 or later, which disambiguates the resource-name collision. |
| Improper Handling of URL Encoding (Hex Encoding) vulnerability in Apache Tomcat's rewrite valve allowed security constraint bypass for some configurations.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.23, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.56, from 9.0.0.M1 through 9.0.119, from 8.5.0 through 8.5.100. Other versions that have reached end of support may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.24, 10.1.57 or 9.0.120, which fix the issue. |
| Apache Airflow's Google provider operators `GCSToSFTPOperator` and `GCSTimeSpanFileTransformOperator` joined GCS object names returned by the bucket listing API directly to a destination filesystem path without normalisation or containment check. A user with write access to the source GCS bucket (typically a different trust principal than the DAG author — partner uploads, ingest-only service accounts, public-data buckets) could create an object whose name contains `..` segments and cause the DAG run to write the downloaded blob outside the configured destination (the SFTP `destination_path` for `GCSToSFTPOperator`; the worker-local temp directory for `GCSTimeSpanFileTransformOperator`), enabling overwrite of arbitrary files on the SFTP server or the worker host. Affects deployments that ingest from buckets writable by less-trusted principals. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-google` 22.2.1 or later. |
| Missing Critical Step in Authentication vulnerability in Apache Tomcat when the JNDIRealm was configured to authenticate binds using GSSAPI allowed attackers to authenticate without provided the correct password.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.4, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.36, from 9.0.0.M1 through 9.0.100, from 8.5.0 through 8.5.100, from 7.0.0 through 7.0.109.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.5, 10.1.37 or 9.0.101, which fixes the issue. |
| The Apache Airflow FTP provider's `FTPSHook.get_conn()` created an `ftplib.FTP_TLS` connection but never called `prot_p()`, so although the control channel was TLS-protected the data channel was transmitted in cleartext. Any deployment using `FTPSHook` or `FTPSFileTransmitOperator` to move files over FTPS exposed file contents and credentials-in-transit to a network attacker able to observe the data connection. Upgrade apache-airflow-providers-ftp to `3.15.1` or later, which issues `PROT P` to encrypt the data channel. |
| A path traversal in the SFTP provider (`SFTPHook.retrieve_directory` / `SFTPOperator(operation=get)`) let a malicious or compromised remote SFTP server write files outside the configured local destination directory via crafted directory-entry names. No Airflow account is required — the attack surface is any deployment downloading directories from an untrusted SFTP server. Upgrade `apache-airflow-providers-sftp` to 5.8.1 or later. |
| Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the cas-auth plugin under default configurations.
This defect allows a remote attacker that manages to send a victim to a webpage controlled by them can cause the victim's browser to become authenticated as a different identity.
Actions the victim takes upstream are then attributed to attackers identity.
This issue affects Apache APISIX: from 3.0.0 through 3.16.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.17.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Authentication Bypass by Spoofing vulnerability in Apache APISIX.
The attacker can completely bypass authentication capitalising on certain configurations of jwt-auth plugin.
This issue affects Apache APISIX: from v2.2 through v3.16.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version v3.17.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache APISIX.
The attacker can take advantage of certain configuration in forward-auth plugin to spoof identity headers.
This issue affects Apache APISIX: from 2.12.0 through 3.16.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.17.0, which fixes the issue. |
| The Apache Airflow Samba provider's `GCSToSambaOperator` joined GCS object names to the SMB destination path without a containment check, so an object named with `../` segments resolved a write path outside the configured `destination_path`. An attacker able to write objects into the source GCS bucket — typically an external data producer distinct from the trusted DAG author — could write files to arbitrary locations on the Samba target when the operator ran. Upgrade apache-airflow-providers-samba to 4.12.6 or later, which validates the resolved destination stays within `destination_path`. |
| Buffer Underwrite vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server on crafted regular expressions in the configuration.
This issue affects Apache HTTP Server: from 2.4.0 through 2.4.67.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.68, which fixes the issue. |
| Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in the mod_proxy_ftp module in Apache HTTP Server with an attacker controlled backend FTP server.
This issue affects undefined: from 2.4.0 through 2.4.67.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.68, which fixes the issue. |
| A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in mod_proxy_ftp's HTML directory list generation in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.67 and earlier when listing FTP directory contents either via forward or reverse proxy configuration.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.68, which fixes this issue. |
| Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server with malicious backend servers and ProxyPassReverseCookie*
This issue affects Apache HTTP Server: from 2.4.0 through 2.4.67.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.4.68, which fixes the issue. |
| Camel-CXF and Camel-Knative Message Header Injection via Missing Inbound Filtering
The CXF and Knative HeaderFilterStrategy implementations (CxfRsHeaderFilterStrategy in camel-cxf-rest, CxfHeaderFilterStrategy in camel-cxf-transport, and KnativeHttpHeaderFilterStrategy in camel-knative-http) only filter outbound Camel-internal headers via setOutFilterStartsWith, while not configuring inbound filtering via setInFilterStartsWith. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can inject Camel-internal headers (e.g. CamelExecCommandExecutable, CamelFileName) via HTTP requests to CXF-RS or CXF-SOAP endpoints. When a route forwards messages from these endpoints to header-driven components such as camel-exec or camel-file, the injected headers override configured values, enabling remote code execution or arbitrary file writes. This is the same pattern that was previously addressed in camel-undertow (CVE-2025-30177), the broader incoming-header filter (CVE-2025-27636 and CVE-2025-29891), and non-HTTP strategies (CVE-2026-40453).
This issue affects Apache Camel: from 3.18.0 before 4.14.6, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.2.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.19.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.2. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.6. |
| Apache Airflow providers-google's `ComputeEngineSSHHook` disables SSH host-key verification by default, exposing SSH traffic between an Airflow worker and a Compute Engine VM to in-path network attackers who can intercept or modify the session. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-google` 22.0.0 or later. |
| Apache Airflow FAB Auth Manager contains an LDAP filter injection vulnerability (CWE-90) that allows unauthenticated attackers to exfiltrate directory data or bypass authentication. Upgrade to apache-airflow-providers-fab 3.6.4 or later. If immediate upgrade is not possible, disable LDAP authentication until the provider can be updated. |
| In the AWS Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store secrets backends of `apache-airflow-providers-amazon` prior to 9.28.0, the team-scoping logic could resolve a `conn_id` containing a `/` (e.g. `"my_team/conn"`) to the same path as another team's team-scoped secret when the caller had no team context. A privileged caller without team context could therefore retrieve another team's secret by crafting a colliding `conn_id`. Fixed in 9.28.0 by switching the team-scope separator to `--` and rejecting team-shaped `conn_id`s when team context is absent. Affects the experimental multi-tenant teams feature only. Users are recommended to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-amazon` 9.28.0, which fixes the issue. |
