CVSS v3.1 |
Mbed TLS 2.x before 2.28.5 and 3.x before 3.5.0 has a Buffer Overflow.
ARM mbed TLS before 2.1.11, before 2.7.2, and before 2.8.0 has a buffer over-read in ssl_parse_server_key_exchange() that could cause a crash on invalid input.
ARM mbed TLS before 2.1.11, before 2.7.2, and before 2.8.0 has a buffer over-read in ssl_parse_server_psk_hint() that could cause a crash on invalid input.
Mbed TLS 3.5.0 to 3.6.5 fixed in 3.6.6 and 4.1.0 has a buffer overflow in the x509_inet_pton_ipv6() function
In MbedTLS 3.3.0 before 3.6.4, mbedtls_lms_import_public_key does not check that the input buffer is at least 4 bytes before reading a 32-bit field, allowing a possible out-of-bounds read on truncated input. Specifically, an out-of-bounds read in mbedtls_lms_import_public_key allows context-dependent attackers to trigger a crash or limited adjacent-memory disclosure by supplying a truncated LMS (Leighton-Micali Signature) public-key buffer under four bytes. An LMS public key starts with a 4-byte type indicator. The function mbedtls_lms_import_public_key reads this type indicator before validating the size of its input.
In Mbed TLS 3.3.0 through 3.5.2 before 3.6.0, a malicious client can cause information disclosure or a denial of service because of a stack buffer over-read (of less than 256 bytes) in a TLS 1.3 server via a TLS 3.1 ClientHello.
An issue was discovered in Mbed TLS 3.6 before 3.6.1. A stack buffer overflow in mbedtls_ecdsa_der_to_raw() and mbedtls_ecdsa_raw_to_der() can occur when the bits parameter is larger than the largest supported curve. In some configurations with PSA disabled, all values of bits are affected. (This never happens in internal library calls, but can affect applications that call these functions directly.)
Stack buffer overflow in GPU in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
IBM Aspera High-Speed Transfer Endpoint 3.7.4 through 4.4.7 Fix Pack 1 and IBM Aspera High-Speed Transfer Server 3.7.4 through 4.4.7 Fix Pack 1 and IBM Aspera High-Speed Transfer Endpoint are affected by a buffer overflow in the asperahttpd component. This vulnerability could be exploited to cause a denial of service and potentially lead to authentication bypass or remote code execution.
This vulnerability could allow an authenticated user to execute arbitrary code on the system.
On affected platforms running Arista EOS with IPsec configured, a specially crafted packet can cause the dataplane to stop processing all IPsec traffic. The control plane may detect this condition, and attempt to reset the IPsec processing pipeline. After reset traffic may not resume being processed. There is no impact to non-IPsec traffic or to IPsec traffic not originating or terminating on the system. This issue was reported by an Arista customer.
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Loader in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to bypass site isolation via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low)
Out of bounds read and write in ANGLE in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Media in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Out of bounds read in Dawn in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Integer overflow in GPU in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low)
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in InterestGroups in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.53 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Improper input validation in NI-PAL may allow a local authenticated user to access arbitrary system memory, potentially leading to privilege escalation. This vulnerability affects NI-PAL 26.3.0 and prior versions on Windows and Linux.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Notepad++ version 8.9.3 in the file drop handler component. When a user drags and drops a directory path of exactly 259 characters without a trailing backslash, the application appends a backslash and null terminator without proper bounds checking, resulting in a stack buffer overflow and application crash (STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN).
| An issue was discovered in Django 5.2 before 5.2.15 and 6.0 before 6.0.6.
`django.middleware.cache.UpdateCacheMiddleware` in Django does not match `Cache-Control` response directives case-insensitively, which allows remote attackers to read responses that were incorrectly cached because their `Cache-Control` directives used uppercase or mixed-case values.
Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.0.x, 4.1.x, and 3.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected.
Django would like to thank Ahmed Badawe for reporting this issue. |
