CVSS v3.1 |
The User Toolkit plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 1.2.3. This is due to an improper capability check in the 'switchUser' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level permissions and above, to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator. CVE-2024-50503 may be a duplicate.
The Nextend Social Login Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.14. This is due to insufficient verification on the user being returned by the social login token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they have access to the email and the user does not have an already-existing account for the service returning the token.
The Extensions by HocWP Team plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 0.2.3.2. This is due to missing validation on the user being supplied in the 'verify_email' action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator. The vulnerability is in the Account extension.
The Wux Blog Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 3.0.0. This is due to missing validation on the token being supplied during the autologin through the plugin. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in to the first administrator user.
The WatchTowerHQ plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 3.10.1. This is due to the 'watchtower_ota_token' default value is empty, and the not empty check is missing in the 'Password_Less_Access::login' function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in to the WatchTowerHQ client administrator user.
The WP Directorybox Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 2.5. This is due to incorrect authentication in the 'wp_dp_enquiry_agent_contact_form_submit_callback' function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they have access to the username.
| Multiple Elber products are affected by an authentication bypass
vulnerability which allows unauthorized access to the password
management functionality. Attackers can exploit this issue by
manipulating the endpoint to overwrite any user's password within the
system. This grants them unauthorized administrative access to protected
areas of the application, compromising the device's system security. |
The Homey theme for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 2.4.3. This is due to the 'verification_id' value being set to empty, and the not empty check is missing in the dashboard user profile page. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in to the first verified user.
An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in LG Innotek camera models LND7210 and LNV7210R. The vulnerability allows a malicious actor to gain access to camera information including user account information.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in ABB ABB Ability Edgenius. This issue affects ABB Ability Edgenius: 3.2.0.0, 3.2.1.1.
The Appointment Booking Calendar Plugin and Online Scheduling Plugin – BookingPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions 1.1.6 to 1.1.7. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying a user's identity prior to logging them in when completing a booking. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as registered users, including administrators, if they have access to that user's email. This is only exploitable when the 'Auto login user after successful booking' setting is enabled.
The affected Raisecom devices allow SSH sessions to be established without completing user authentication. This could allow attackers to gain shell access without valid credentials.
VMware Tools for Windows contains an authentication bypass vulnerability due to improper access control. A malicious actor with non-administrative privileges on a guest VM may gain ability to perform certain high privilege operations within that VM.
On 70mai Dash Cam 1S devices, by connecting directly to the dashcam's network and accessing the API on port 80 and RTSP on port 554, an attacker can bypass the device authorization mechanism from the official mobile app that requires a user to physically press on the power button during a connection.
Parse Server is an open source backend that can be deployed to any infrastructure that can run Node.js. A vulnerability in versions prior to 6.5.7 and 7.1.0 allows SQL injection when Parse Server is configured to use the PostgreSQL database. The algorithm to detect SQL injection has been improved in versions 6.5.7 and 7.1.0. No known workarounds are available.
An issue was discovered in AlertEnterprise Guardian 4.1.14.2.2.1. One can bypass manager approval via isAddedByApprover in a Request%20Building%20Access requestSubmit API call. The vendor has stated that the system is protected by updating to a version equal to or greater than one of the following build numbers: 4.1.12.2.1.19, 4.1.12.5.2.36, 4.1.13.0.60, 4.1.13.2.0.3.39, 4.1.13.2.0.3.41, 4.1.13.2.42, 4.1.13.2.25.44, 4.1.14.0.13, 4.1.14.0.43, 4.1.14.0.48, and 4.1.14.1.5.32.
Tesla Telematics Control Unit (TCU) firmware prior to v2025.14 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability. The TCU runs the Android Debug Bridge (adbd) as root and, despite a “lockdown” check that disables adb shell, still permits adb push/pull and adb forward. Because adbd is privileged and the device’s USB port is exposed externally, an attacker with physical access can write an arbitrary file to a writable location and then overwrite the kernel’s uevent_helper or /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug entries via ADB, causing the script to be executed with root privileges.
Liferay Portal 7.3.0 through 7.4.3.132, and Liferay DXP 2025.Q1 through 2025.Q1.6, 2024.Q4.0 through 2024.Q4.7, 2024.Q3.1 through 2024.Q3.13, 2024.Q2.0 through 2024.Q2.13, 2024.Q1.1 through 2024.Q1.15, 7.4 GA through update 92 and 7.3 GA through update 36 allows unauthenticated users with valid credentials to bypass the login process by changing the POST method to GET, once the site has MFA enabled.
Affected Vertiv products do not properly protect webserver functions that could allow an attacker to bypass authentication.
Inedo ProGet through 2024.22 allows remote attackers to reach restricted functionality through the C# reflection layer, as demonstrated by causing a denial of service (when an attacker executes a loop calling RestartWeb) or obtaining potentially sensitive information. Exploitation can occur if Anonymous access is enabled, or if there is a successful CSRF attack.
