| CVE-2026-85242 | 2026-09-03 | N/A | ||
| PlaywrightCapture contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in its favicon retrieval functionality. When only_global_lookup is enabled, the application validates the initial favicon URL to prevent requests to localhost, loopback, or other non-public network addresses. However, redirects followed by aiohttp were not subjected to the same validation. An attacker able to influence the content of a page processed by PlaywrightCapture could specify a publicly reachable favicon URL that responds with an HTTP redirect to a local or otherwise restricted address, such as 127.0.0.1, localhost, or an internal network service. Because aiohttp automatically followed the redirect, the resulting request could bypass the application's local-address restrictions and cause the PlaywrightCapture host to issue HTTP requests to resources that should not be externally reachable. Depending on the services reachable from the PlaywrightCapture host and how retrieved favicon data is subsequently exposed or processed, this could be used to probe internal HTTP services or potentially obtain information from otherwise inaccessible endpoints. The patch introduces an aiohttp request middleware that applies the existing local-URL validation to every request in the redirect chain. Requests resolving to restricted/local destinations are rejected before they are issued. | ||||

The vulnerability affects all versions of DASYLab. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64086 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (pmbus/adm1266) include PEC byte in pmbus_block_xfer read buffer adm1266_pmbus_block_xfer() sets up the read transaction with .buf = data->read_buf, .len = ADM1266_PMBUS_BLOCK_MAX + 2, but read_buf in struct adm1266_data is declared as u8 read_buf[ADM1266_PMBUS_BLOCK_MAX + 1]; For a max-length block response (length byte = 255 + up to 1 PEC byte), the i2c controller is told to write 257 bytes into a 256-byte buffer, putting one byte past the end of read_buf. The same response also makes the subsequent PEC compare if (crc != msgs[1].buf[msgs[1].buf[0] + 1]) read a byte beyond the array. Bump the read_buf declaration to ADM1266_PMBUS_BLOCK_MAX + 2 so the buffer can hold the length byte, up to 255 payload bytes, and the PEC byte the i2c_msg length already accounts for. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64087 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (pmbus/adm1266) reject implausible blackbox record_count adm1266_nvmem_read_blackbox() loops over a record_count that comes straight from byte 3 of the BLACKBOX_INFO response. The destination buffer is data->dev_mem, sized for the nvmem cell's declared 2048 bytes (ADM1266_BLACKBOX_MAX_RECORDS * ADM1266_BLACKBOX_SIZE = 32 * 64). A device that reports a record_count greater than 32 -- whether due to firmware bugs, bus corruption, or a non-responsive slave returning 0xff -- would walk read_buff past the end of the dev_mem allocation on the trailing iterations. Cap record_count at ADM1266_BLACKBOX_MAX_RECORDS (introduced here) before entering the loop and return -EIO on any larger value, so a malformed BLACKBOX_INFO response cannot drive the loop out of bounds. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64299 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: Prevent out-of-bounds read in glob matching String event fields are not necessarily NUL-terminated, so the filter predicate functions (filter_pred_string(), filter_pred_strloc() and filter_pred_strrelloc()) pass the field length to the regex match callbacks, and the length-aware matchers honour it. regex_match_glob() was the exception: it ignored the length and called glob_match(), which scans the string until it hits a NUL byte. Some string fields are not NUL-terminated. One example is the dynamic char array of the xfs_* namespace tracepoints, which is copied without a trailing NUL. For such a field, glob matching reads past the end of the event field, causing a KASAN slab-out-of-bounds read in glob_match(), reached via regex_match_glob() and filter_match_preds() from the xfs_lookup tracepoint. Add a length-bounded glob_match_len() and use it from regex_match_glob() so glob matching always stops at the field boundary. The matching loop is factored into a shared helper so glob_match() keeps its behaviour. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64300 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/aux: Fix page UAF in map_range() map_range() reads rb->aux_pages[], rb->aux_nr_pages and rb->aux_pgoff via perf_mmap_to_page() while holding only event->mmap_mutex. Those fields are serialized by rb->aux_mutex, and mmap_mutex is per event. Thus, two events sharing one rb via PERF_EVENT_IOC_SET_OUTPUT can race rb_alloc_aux() with map_range(), leading to a page-UAF scenario as follows: CPU 0 CPU 1 ===== ===== rb_alloc_aux() map_range() [1]: allocate rb->aux_pages[0] [2]: rb->aux_nr_pages++ [3]: perf_mmap_to_page() returns rb->aux_pages[0] [4]: map it as VM_PFNMAP [5]: rb->aux_pgoff = 1 munmap the page [6]: free rb->aux_pages[0] Pages mapped as VM_PFNMAP have no refcount protection, so CPU 1 holds a mapping to a freed physical frame. Fix this by taking rb->aux_mutex across the page walk in map_range(). | ||||
| CVE-2026-64301 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: regulator: scmi: fix of_node refcount leak in scmi_regulator_probe() scmi_regulator_probe() calls of_find_node_by_name() which takes a reference on the returned device node. On the error path where process_scmi_regulator_of_node() fails, the function returns without calling of_node_put() on the child node, leaking the reference. Add of_node_put(np) on the error path to properly release the reference. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64302 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/mm: Fix freeing of PMD-sized vmemmap pages Commit bf9e4e30f353 ("x86/mm: use pagetable_free()"), switched from freeing non-boot page tables through __free_pages() to pagetable_free(). However, the function is also called to free vmemmap pages. Given that vmemmap pages are not page tables, already the page_ptdesc(page) is wrong. But worse, pagetable_free() calls: __free_pages(page, compound_order(page)); Since vmemmap pages are not compound pages (see vmemmap_alloc_block()) -- except for HVO, which doesn't apply here -- only first page of a PMD-sized vmemmap page is freed, leaking the other ones. Fix it by properly decoupling pagetable and vmemmap freeing. free_pagetable() no longer has to mess with SECTION_INFO, as only the vmemmap is marked like that in register_page_bootmem_memmap(). The indentation in remove_pmd_table() is messed up. Fix that while touching it. Bootmem info handling will soon be fixed up. For now, handle it similar to free_pagetable(), just avoiding the ifdef. | CVE-2026-84736 | 2026-09-03 | N/A | ||
| In the current development version of Eclipse aeriOS, for which no official release has yet been published, the Federator component disables TLS certificate validation for outbound HTTPS connections by default. When the TLS_CERTIFICATE_VALIDATION environment variable is unset or set to false, the component configures its HTTP transport to skip TLS certificate verification. As a result, an attacker able to intercept network communications between the Federator and external services could impersonate those services and intercept sensitive information transmitted over HTTPS, including OAuth client credentials and bearer tokens. The issue has been addressed by enabling TLS certificate validation by default. The TLS_CERTIFICATE_VALIDATION environment variable is now set to true in the default configuration provided by the Helm chart and Docker Compose deployment. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74870 | 1 Jahlives | 1 Openssl Encrypt | 2026-09-03 | 3.3 Low |
| openssl_encrypt (pip) versions <= 1.4.7 contain an information exposure vulnerability where the 'hsm fido2-test' and 'hsm onlykey-test' diagnostic commands unconditionally print the full derived hardware pepper as hex to stdout/stderr (crypt_cli.py, handle_hsm_command). The printed value can persist in terminal scrollback, session recordings, or CI logs. Impact is limited because the pepper is derived from a random per-invocation test salt and is salt-bound, so the leaked value cannot be used to decrypt real files. A related plugin issue logged raw prf_data outside the secret-redaction path. Fixed in 1.4.8 (and 1.5.0) by removing the hex dumps and routing plugin debug output through the redaction layer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64303 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 9.8 Critical |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: spi: fsl-lpspi: terminate the RX channel on TX prepare failure path When dmaengine_prep_slave_sg() fails for the TX channel, the error path terminates the TX DMA channel but leaves the RX channel running. Since the RX channel was already submitted and issued prior to preparing the TX descriptor, returning -EINVAL causes the SPI core to unmap the DMA buffers while the RX DMA engine continues writing to them, leading to potential memory corruption or use-after-free. Terminate the RX channel before returning on the TX prepare failure path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-72775 | 1 N8n | 1 N8n | 2026-09-03 | 8.8 High |
| n8n before 1.123.67, 2.31.5, and 2.32.1 contains a SQL injection vulnerability in the PostgresTrigger node, which interpolates user-supplied identifier parameters (channel, function, and trigger names) into SQL statements without proper escaping. An authenticated user can inject arbitrary SQL executed against the connected PostgreSQL database with the configured credential's privileges, allowing full read and write access. | ||||
