| CVE-2026-80463 | 1 Apache | 1 Brpc | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| Unbounded memory accumulation in the stream message reassembly path of Apache bRPC (version < 1.18.0) on all platforms allows remote attackers to exhaust the memory of a server (denial of service) by sending an endless sequence of continuation data frames. Root Cause: The streaming RPC protocol bounds every single data frame by max_body_size, but a fragmented stream message accumulates continuation frames into one buffer (_pending_buf) without any limit on the accumulated size. A malicious peer that can open a stream can therefore keep sending continuation frames to make the receiver accumulate an arbitrarily large in-memory message. Since the default flow-control settings (socket_max_streams_unconsumed_bytes=0) do not throttle the sending rate, the receiver's memory grows until the process runs out of memory and crashes or becomes unavailable. Affected Scenarios: Services that accept streams from untrusted clients (for example using brpc::StreamAccept or brpc::StreamCreate with the built-in streaming protocol) are affected. How to Fix: (Choose one of the following options) 1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue. 2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3489 Note: The fix limits the accumulated payload of a fragmented stream message to max_body_size (default 64MB). When the accumulated payload exceeds the limit, the pending fragments are released and the stream is closed with error EMSGSIZE. After applying the fix, legitimate fragmented stream messages larger than max_body_size will be rejected; you can adjust the gflag max_body_size to change the limit. | ||||

| CVE-2026-61916 | 1 Apache | 1 Brpc | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| Out-of-bounds reads in URL parsing and case-insensitive header lookup in Apache bRPC before version 1.18.0 on platforms where plain char is unsigned, such as ARM64, allow remote attackers to cause a process crash and denial of service by sending crafted input containing bytes with the high bit set. Root Cause: Two 256-entry lookup tables are accessed through pointers biased by 128 so that valid indices are in the range -128 to 127. Input bytes are promoted from plain char to int without first normalizing them to the signed-char range. On affected platforms, bytes in the range 0x80 to 0xFF therefore become indices 128 to 255 and read up to 127 bytes beyond the end of the underlying tables. Affected Scenarios: A remotely accessible bRPC HTTP server on an affected platform can reach the vulnerable URL lookup through an unauthenticated request URI containing a high-bit byte. The case-insensitive lookup is also reachable when untrusted header names are processed through APIs such as the HTTP/2 HPACK path. HTTP/1 header names containing high-bit bytes are rejected by the HTTP/1 parser before reaching the vulnerable lookup. Builds where plain char is signed, which commonly include x86_64 builds, are not affected by this issue. How to Fix: Choose one of the following options: 1. Upgrade Apache bRPC to version 1.18.0 or later. 2. Apply the patch from https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3376 . The fix normalizes lookup-table indices to the signed-char range before accessing the biased tables. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55888 | 1 Flatpak | 1 Xdg-desktop-portal | 2026-10-30 | 8.2 High |
| XDG Desktop Portal is a desktop integration portal. Prior to version 1.22.1, malicious sandboxed applications can use the FileChooser.SaveFiles method to gain arbitrary file access to non-existing files on the host (limited to files the user has access to). The FileChooser.SaveFiles method takes optional filenames which get appended to the selected directory by backends. The backends are supposed to check that the file does not exist yet. The filenames are not validated by the frontend and also not by common backends. This issue has been patched in version 1.22.1. | ||||

| CVE-2026-118256 | 1 Intlify | 1 Vue-i18n | 2026-10-30 | 4.7 Medium |
| Vue I18n is the internationalization plugin for Vue.js. From 9.0.0-beta.5 until 11.4.14 and 12.0.0-alpha.5, enabling escapeParameter, called escapeParameterHtml in the Legacy API, does not escape named interpolation values when the same translation call supplies both list and named values because escapeParams() processes only the list branch. Applications that render translations as HTML and pass untrusted named values with a list can insert attacker-controlled markup, including phishing links, forms, and layout changes, and can permit script execution when combined with the srcdoc sanitizer bypass or on releases without the sanitizer. This issue is fixed in versions 11.4.14 and 12.0.0-alpha.5. | ||||

| CVE-2026-116678 | 1 Dani-garcia | 1 Vaultwarden | 2026-10-30 | 5.8 Medium |
| Vaultwarden is a Bitwarden-compatible server written in Rust. Prior to version 1.37.0, the Vaultwarden icon downloader validates the initial icon host and DNS results but passes favicon URLs parsed from attacker-controlled HTML to get_page_with_referer() without applying should_block_host() to the second-stage host. This flaw bypasses the remediation for CVE-2026-47160, which covered decimal, hexadecimal, octal, and IPv4-mapped IPv6 host normalization, because the second-stage IP-literal favicon fetch does not invoke the custom DNS resolver. A remote unauthenticated attacker can provide a public page whose favicon uses an IP-literal URL, allowing the Vaultwarden server to reach loopback or private and internal addresses. The issue affects instances with internal icon downloading enabled and can expose internal responses that resemble supported images or reveal reachability through timing, status, and cache behavior. This issue is fixed in version 1.37.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-116578 | 1 Tornadoweb | 1 Tornado | 2026-10-30 | 6.1 Medium |
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Prior to 6.6, tornado.web.RedirectHandler URL templates can place regex-capture substitutions where crafted request paths change the redirect scheme or network location. Affected placements include substitutions at the start of a path, directly after a fixed host, or at the beginning of the template, including protocol-relative, absolute, backslash, encoded, host-extension, and user-info variants interpreted by browsers as attacker-controlled destinations. Static templates and substitutions after a fixed host followed by a slash are not affected. An attacker can use the resulting open redirect on the application's domain for phishing. This issue is fixed in version 6.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115918 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.16.0 until 0.32.0, the /v1/responses endpoint allows an authenticated caller to place an attacker-controlled template in chat_template_kwargs[chat_template] when no server template is configured. ChatParams.get_apply_chat_template_kwargs() preserves that value without enforcing trust_request_chat_template, so the request can bypass the intended trust policy and cause CPU or memory exhaustion through Jinja rendering. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115914 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.11.1 until 0.32.0, the DeepSeek-OCR, DeepSeek-OCR-2, and Unlimited-OCR image path allows a remote client that can reach the OpenAI-compatible API to submit a legal image whose normalized pixels sum to zero when that image is alone in its per-step encoder batch. _parse_and_validate_image_input returns no embedding, embed_multimodal propagates that value, and sanity_check_mm_encoder_outputs triggers a fatal assertion that shuts down the engine for all users. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115911 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.19.0 until 0.32.0, authenticated callers can supply a request chat template when no server-side --chat-template is configured, or a malicious model repository can provide a template that is compiled and rendered by tokenizer.apply_chat_template() without a wall-clock timeout, output-size limit, or iteration bound. Rendering runs in a ThreadPoolExecutor with one worker by default, so a nonterminating render can block /v1/responses and other chat-template users after the request ends, while an output-expanding render can exhaust server memory. Harmony models are not affected because they do not use this Jinja path. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115907 | 1 Zip-rs | 1 Zip2 | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| zip is a zip library for Rust that supports reading and writing simple ZIP files. From 5.1.0 until 9.0.0, applications built with the legacy-zip feature can reserve output capacity from an attacker-controlled ZIP64 uncompressed size before validating the compressed stream. The ShrinkDecoder path in src/legacy/shrink.rs can panic with a capacity overflow during ZipArchive::extract, and the Reduce and Implode decoders contain the same unbounded preallocation pattern. An unhandled panic can terminate an archive-processing service. This issue is fixed in version 9.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115776 | 1 Twisted | 1 Twisted | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, twisted.words.protocols.irc.IRC.dataReceived retains all bytes received without a line feed in its per-connection buffer and applies no maximum line length. The twisted.words.service.IRCUser server subclass inherits this behavior, and buffering occurs before PASS, NICK, or USER authentication commands. An unauthenticated connection can continuously grow the buffer until the shared server process runs out of memory and drops all users. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114144 | 1 Binarymuse | 1 Toml-node | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| toml-node is a TOML parser for Node.js and the browser. Prior to 5.0.1, toml.parse() passes unbounded hexadecimal, octal, binary, and decimal digit sequences from lib/parser.js to BigInt() before reduceInteger() in lib/compiler.js checks whether the resulting value fits the TOML 64-bit integer range. Converting a sufficiently long integer string consumes super-linear CPU time and synchronously blocks the Node.js event loop, allowing one attacker-supplied TOML document to deny service to concurrent work in the process. The later range check cannot prevent the conversion cost because it executes after BigInt(). This issue is fixed in version 5.0.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114140 | 1 Jupyter | 1 Nbconvert | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| The nbconvert tool, jupyter nbconvert, converts Jupyter notebooks to various other formats via Jinja templates. From 5.4.0 until 7.17.2, ExtractOutputPreprocessor in nbconvert/preprocessors/extractoutput.py joins the attacker-controlled cell output metadata filename to output_files_dir without limiting the result to the intended directory. When a victim converts a malicious notebook with the markdown, LaTeX, reStructuredText, or AsciiDoc exporter, path traversal in the output filename can write attacker-controlled output data to arbitrary locations accessible to the victim. Running the notebook cell again replaces the malicious output metadata, but merely converting the supplied notebook does not. This issue is fixed in version 7.17.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104949 | 1 Enterprisedb | 1 Warehousepg | 2026-10-30 | 5.4 Medium |
| WarehousePG (WHPG) 6.27.1 through 6.27.6 and 7.2.1 through 7.6.0 are affected by a missing authorization vulnerability (CWE-862) in gp_add_coordinator_standby(). The function is named gp_add_master_standby() in WHPG 6, and WHPG 7 keeps that name as an alias. Unlike the other segment add and remove functions, it does not require superuser privileges. A low-privileged user who can open a utility-mode connection can use it to add a fake standby coordinator entry to gp_segment_configuration on a cluster that has no standby configured. Administrators then cannot add a real standby until a superuser removes the fake entry. User data is not exposed or modified. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119721 | 1 Blender | 1 Blender | 2026-10-30 | 6.1 Medium |
| Blender before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in blo_bhead_id_* accessors in readfile.cc that read ID fields without block length checks. Attackers can supply a crafted .blend file with short ID blocks that, when browsed or appended from, causes heap over-reads leading to crashes or heap memory disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119720 | 1 Blender | 1 Blender | 2026-10-30 | 5.5 Medium |
| Blender before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in read_file_dna() that reads a GLOB block field without validating its declared length. Attackers can supply a crafted .blend file with a truncated GLOB block that, when opened, triggers the out-of-bounds read and crashes Blender. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119719 | 1 Blender | 1 Blender | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| Blender before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the blend file thumbnail extractor caused by 32-bit integer overflow in thumb_data_vertical_flip(). Attackers can craft a .blend file with malicious TEST block dimensions that trigger an out-of-bounds write when blender-thumbnailer or the Windows shell extension previews it, causing crashes or code execution. | ||||
