CVE-2026-71408 1 Fortinet 1 Fortios 2026-10-29 5 Medium
A allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability in Fortinet FortiOS 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiOS 7.4 all versions, FortiOS 7.2 all versions, FortiOS 7.0 all versions, FortiOS 6.4 all versions may allow an unauthenticated attacker to perform a slow HTTP DoS attack on the web interface via crafted HTTP requests.
CVE-2026-119134 1 Bytecodealliance 1 Wasmtime 2026-10-29 6.2 Medium
Wasmtime before 36.0.18, 37.0.0 before 48.0.6, and 49.0.0 before 49.0.3 caps component-model resource handle tables only per component instance and does not charge handle allocations to any ResourceLimiter or StoreLimits. A malicious guest can repeatedly call resource.new and instantiate sub-components to exceed the per-instance cap many times over, causing unbounded host memory growth.
CVE-2026-119119 2026-10-29 7.5 High
Crawl4AI before 0.9.5 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the Docker API server where _clamp_untrusted() fails to cap the delay_before_return_html, mean_delay, and max_range fields of untrusted CrawlerRunConfig bodies. Unauthenticated attackers can send huge values to /crawl or /crawl/stream to hold browser pages or stall the rate limiter, exhausting the page pool and blocking other crawls.
CVE-2026-90991 1 Ibm 1 Langflow Oss 2026-10-29 6.5 Medium
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.4 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to allocation of resources without limits or throttling.
CVE-2026-67414 1 Rabbitmq 1 Rabbitmq-server 2026-10-29 6.5 Medium
RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 4.0.0 until 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.4, deps/amqp10_common/src/amqp10_binary_parser.erl materializes each element of AMQP 1.0 arrays whose shared constructor has zero width, while limiting only the number of elements in each array and not the aggregate arrays in a frame. After completing SASL authentication, a low-privilege client can send an ordinary frame containing many individually permitted arrays, causing a small frame to expand into a very large reader-process heap before later frame validation or authorization. Because deps/rabbit/src/rabbit_amqp_reader.erl clears the pre-authentication max_heap_size guard after login, repeated or concurrent frames can trigger the node-wide memory alarm, block publishers, or exhaust broker memory. This issue is fixed in versions 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.4.
CVE-2026-115572 1 Py-pdf 1 Pypdf 2026-10-29 5.5 Medium
pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.2, an attacker can craft a PDF that repeatedly references the same nonexistent indirect object, causing relevant file parts such as pages to trigger repeated full-file recovery loads and long runtimes when accessed. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.2.
CVE-2026-99031 1 Linux 2 Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-29 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: avoid recursive multicast port cleanup br_multicast_sg_del_exclude_ports() removes automatically added STAR_EXCL port groups by calling br_multicast_del_pg(). For S,G entries, that deletion calls back into br_multicast_sg_del_exclude_ports(), so a large number of STAR_EXCL ports consumes one kernel stack frame per port and can hit the stack guard page. Keep the complete port-group deletion path for cleanup, but suppress the S,G exclude-port cleanup while that helper is already walking the same entry. Normal deletion callers retain the existing behavior.
CVE-2026-102682 1 Pipecat-ai 1 Pipecat 2026-10-29 5.6 Medium
Pipecat is an open-source Python framework for building real-time voice and multimodal conversational agents. From 0.0.98 until 1.6.0, the pipecat-ai package's built-in development runner exposes unauthenticated endpoints including /start, /daily, and /daily-dialin-webhook that can create bot sessions and Daily rooms. The runner binds to localhost by default and is intended only for local development, so exploitation requires an operator to expose it to untrusted traffic through --host 0.0.0.0, a published port, or a tunnel without access controls. An unauthenticated caller can consume local resources and third-party quotas and, depending on configuration, receive a room URL and join token. Version 1.6.0 adds a prominent development-runner banner and documentation that clarifies the unauthenticated boundary and directs production deployments to an authenticated dispatcher or managed runtime, while the endpoint behavior remains by design. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0.
CVE-2026-91400 1 Oracle 5 Graalvm, Graalvm Enterprise Edition, Graalvm For Jdk and 2 more 2026-10-29 3.1 Low

Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. This vulnerability does not apply to Java deployments, typically in servers, that load and run only trusted code (e.g., code installed by an administrator). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 3.1 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L).
CVE-2026-115397 2 Nationalsecurityagency, Nsa 2 Ghidra, Ghidra 2026-10-29 5.5 Medium
Ghidra before 12.2 contains a resource allocation without limits vulnerability in ExtensionUtils.unzipToInstallationFolder() that extracts every extension ZIP entry without limiting file count. Attackers who persuade a user to install a crafted extension archive with many files can exhaust filesystem inodes, causing project writes and other processes to fail.
CVE-2026-115389 1 Bytecodealliance 1 Wasmtime 2026-10-29 2.3 Low
Wasmtime before 36.0.16, 37.0.0 before 48.0.3, and 49.0.0 before 49.0.1 does not adequately account for host allocations when lifting guest values through the dynamically-typed Val API, bypassing the hostcall fuel limit. A malicious WebAssembly guest can return crafted values that allocate at least ~100x more host memory than tracked, causing denial of service.
CVE-2026-119051 1 Flat Project 1 Flat 2026-10-29 5.9 Medium
flat through 6.0.1 contains an uncontrolled resource allocation vulnerability in unflatten() that allows attackers to create huge sparse arrays via unbounded numeric keys. Attackers can supply flattened keys such as a.4294967294, causing iteration with forEach, spread or JSON.stringify to block the Node.js event loop.
CVE-2026-118689 1 Ovenmedialabs 1 Ovenmediaengine 2026-10-29 7.5 High
OvenMediaEngine through 0.21.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability in OvtPacket::LoadHeader() that allows unauthenticated attackers to stall connections by sending payload_length values above 32750. Attackers can send crafted OVT packets to the OVT listener to hold connections open indefinitely and accumulate buffered memory, disrupting origin-to-edge stream relay.
CVE-2026-75508 1 Graphql-python 1 Graphql-core 2026-10-29 7.5 High
GraphQL-core is a Python port of the GraphQL.js reference implementation. From 3.2.3 until 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1, the parser's max_tokens limit in Parser.advance_lexer counts only non-comment tokens returned after Lexer.lookahead skips comments. Each skipped comment is still allocated as a Token and retained through token.next and token.prev, allowing a highly compressible comment-padded GraphQL document to pass a low token limit while consuming memory. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exhaust worker memory before AST-based depth or complexity controls run. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1.
CVE-2026-86018 1 Part-db 1 Part-db 2026-10-29 N/A
Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.13.2, Part-DB allows authenticated users to bypass the configured maximum attachment file size when using the server-side “Download external file” attachment feature. When server-side attachment downloads are enabled, Part-DB downloads the remote file and streams it directly to disk without enforcing the configured MAX_ATTACHMENT_FILE_SIZE limit. As a result, an authenticated user who can create or edit attachments can cause Part-DB to store files larger than the configured maximum attachment size, potentially exhausting disk space and causing a denial of service. This issue has been patched in version 2.13.2.
CVE-2026-114610 1 Py-pdf 1 Fpdf2 2026-10-29 6.5 Medium
fpdf2 is a PDF creation library for Python. From 2.5.0 until 2.8.8, fpdf2's SVGObject.build_xref() passes nested SVG <use> references to GraphicsContext.add_item(), whose default clone=True deep-copy behavior copies the complete referenced graphics tree during FPDF.image() processing. Repeating references at each nesting level makes the in-memory object count and processing work grow exponentially, allowing a small user-controlled SVG to consume excessive CPU and memory, raise MemoryError, fail PDF generation jobs, and reduce or exhaust worker capacity. ResourceAccessPolicy does not prevent the issue because the references are inline and require no external resource, XML entity, local file, or permissive network setting. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.8.
CVE-2026-92665 1 Dell 1 Powerprotect Data Domain 2026-10-29 5.3 Medium
Dell PowerProtect Data Domain, Feature Release versions 7.7.1.0 through 8.8, LTS2024 release versions 7.13.1.0 through 7.13.1.80, LTS2025 release versions 8.3.1.0 through 8.3.1.40, LTS2026 release versions 8.6.1.0 through 8.6.1.20, contain an Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Denial of service.
CVE-2023-54404 1 Colinhacks 1 Zod 2026-10-28 7.5 High
This CVE ID has been rejected or withdrawn by its CVE Numbering Authority. The described memory use only grows in proportion to input already allocated by JSON.parse before Zod runs, is reachable only without an application request-size limit, and reflects expected validator behavior rather than a defect in Zod.
CVE-2026-54462 1 Knative 1 Pkg 2026-10-28 6.5 Medium
Knative pkg provides common packages shared across Knative repositories. Prior to 0.0.0-20260531000007-52dbd5ece63f, the knative.dev/pkg/webhook admissionHandler in webhook/admission.go decodes an attacker-supplied AdmissionReview through json.NewDecoder(io.TeeReader(r.Body, &bodyBuffer)) under an http.HandlerFunc without an http.MaxBytesReader or equivalent body-size limit. A pod-network client can send one oversized POST to an admission webhook, causing the decoder and bodyBuffer to retain amplified copies of the request until the controller pod exhausts memory and is OOM-killed. Every downstream consumer using the shared webhook server inherits the vulnerable behavior, including Knative, Tekton, KEDA, Sigstore policy-controller, and Kpack. For consumers configured with failurePolicy=Fail, loss of the controller can interrupt admission; with failurePolicy=Ignore, the affected webhook is unavailable while other admissions continue. This issue is fixed in version 0.0.0-20260531000007-52dbd5ece63f.
CVE-2026-111073 1 Apache 1 Kafka 2026-10-28 N/A
The broker-side PushTelemetry API (KIP-714) validates only the compressed size of a client's metrics payload against telemetry.max.bytes (default 1 MB) before decompressing it. ClientTelemetryUtils.decompress() then decompresses the payload with no limit on the decompressed output size, growing a heap buffer until the compressed input is exhausted. A small, highly compressible payload (for example gzip-compressed zeros) can therefore expand to hundreds of megabytes of broker heap. Impact: An authenticated client can send a PushTelemetry request with a small compressed payload that decompresses to a very large size, consuming broker heap out of proportion to the request size. Repeated or concurrent requests can exhaust the broker heap and cause an OutOfMemoryError, degrading or crashing the broker; a client that targets multiple brokers can affect cluster availability. PushTelemetry is available to any authenticated client and is not gated by an ACL. Mitigation: Upgrade to Apache Kafka 4.2.2, 4.3.1, or 4.4.0. On affected versions there is no configuration that fully prevents the amplification, because telemetry.max.bytes bounds only the compressed size; lowering telemetry.max.bytes reduces the worst-case decompressed size proportionally and is a partial mitigation. Resolution: - From Apache Kafka 4.2.2, 4.3.1, and 4.4.0: ClientTelemetryUtils.decompress() enforces a maximum decompressed size equal to telemetry.max.bytes (default 1 MB). Decompression reads in bounded chunks and aborts with a TelemetryTooLargeException once the decompressed total exceeds the limit, so an over-large or highly compressible payload is rejected instead of being fully expanded in heap. The decompressed size is therefore bounded by default.
